"This was one of our best stays anywhere in the US. The owners have put a lot of love and care in every room ( which has a personality of its own). The owners cooked Breakfast for us that was delicious and also respectful of our dietary preferences. They have plenty of towels available. And in case the above did not convey it, it blows the experience in any other hotel (e.g. Marriott) out of the water. "

"with my wife, daughter and granddaughter. And I was surprised that the booked and paid room was not available. Two double beds. The service person did little to solve the overselling of the hotel. After a long wait they gave us a small room with a laptop bed. Very dirty and old room. The breakfast was not bad but 30 minutes before the time there was no more protein. And they didn't make up for it. The way this hotel is conducted does not agree with the price they charge or the product they offer. I feel cheated and the manager was never called, the person who attended the night had no initiative or power to solve it herself."
