My family had a wonderful stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed - incl. the kids having their own bathroom. The ocean views were beautiful, and having access to a pool is a nice bonus. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made the entire experience easy and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again.”

Great NSB Rental

This was a pristine rental in very nice condo complex. Owner/manager was very easy to work with. Quick to respond to questions about the property. I believe Chris is very cautious about who he rents to and that keeps the unit pristine. This unit is very close to the water and has a very large comfortable balcony. Several days we opted to hangout on the balcony in lieu of hauling a tent out to the beach. The condo seemed recently renovated, recently repainted, and recently deep cleaned. All appliances and utensils were brand new. Beds and all furniture was comfortable and appeared to be new. Washer Dryer in the unit was very nice. Great overall experience. Planning to book again soon.

Perfect Getaway

This was our first time visiting NSB. The area was very clean and family oriented. This condo is located in the perfect spot. It had everything we needed for the beach to include chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach towels, some games and toys as well. It is a 30 second walk to the beach and pool!

Perfect location, close to a lot of fun little places. Our view of the ocean was excellent, and the pool was clean and nice warm water. Cleaning service could have put a little more effort in cleaning, especially the shower and floors, but it was not horrible. Lot of supplies and beach stuff was nice!

Would stay again

This property is outstanding! It is even better than the photos! Clean, modern, and had every detail covered for our stay. It is the front corner unit of the building on the second story, so the view of the ocean and pool are the best! This beach is one of the most pristine I’ve ever walked on. It is hard, white sand on shore and far out into the surf. Also, it’s a no-car beach. Right across the street is a grocery, novelty shop, and the best ice cream shop! Within a 10-15 minute drive are other excellent restaurants. I am a water snob and have stayed in many places in Mexico and the Caribbean. But I will save travel time and money to return to this very unit many more times in the future! The unit was secure, and we felt very safe. More than that, we got our souls filled by the sounds of the waves. Just excellent all the way around!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Our family absolutely adored our stay at this condo! You are right on the ocean in a beautifully decorated and furnished condo. The location was perfect. Everything you need and more is readily available. From beach toys and beach chairs to extra soft bedding and towels - Chris provides eveything you could possibly need. The owner was wonderful to work with and extremely accommodating! We will most definitely be returning.

Great Spot!

The location is excellent. Easy access to the pool and beach with a great view. The porch, accessible from the living room & bedroom, has sun in the morning and shade during the heat of the afternoon. Those things alone make it the best location in the building! The interior was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Plenty of linens and even a whole basket of beach towels. There were also chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cooking implements, and there were lots of spices on the cupboards. Tp, paper towel, tinfoil, etc were also available along with laundry and cleaning supplies. I’m sure much of this was left behind by other guests, but it was great! Also very nice to have laundry in the unit. There is cable, you just have to figure out how to use it with the Roku. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed a lovely stay at this property, which was exactly as advertised. The unit was clean, comfortable, convenient, nicely decorated, with beautiful views of the ocean as well as the pool area in the Sea Coast complex. Would not hesitate to return or recommend to others.

Great stay

Great property that is right on the water. Beach was easily accessed and the condo was stocked well with beach supplies. Chris was always available anytime we had a question and was very responsive. He was kind enough to allow us to add a few extra days to our trip when we were able to get the additional time off last minute. Thanks, Chris, for a great stay!

A wonderful, remodeled condo!

Being on the 2nd floor was very convenient for us. My mother, who is 91, was able to walk up and down the stairs to the pool. The condo is very nice, although the living room could use a low clearance fan to circulate the AC. The bedrooms were nice and cool, but living room would get warm quickly. We did find a small fan and put that in the living room pointed up to circulate the air and that helped. We will definently love to rent again!

Absolutely amazing Vacation rental ❤️

This property was even better in person. The views and location were absolutely gorgeous. The property manager was responsive and so helpful with restaurant recommendations...he really went above and beyond. Our family always gets sad leaving vacation, but this time we left knowing 100% we will return. Highly recommend. Entire stay was perfect .

Great location

Two retired couples shared this oceanfront condo. Newly remodeled bathrooms were very nice. Property is a great location for beach walks and easy access to all parts of New Smyrna Beach. Owners responded very quickly to questions I had. A wonderful stay!

Great place

This condo is very comfortable, in a good location. with a balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool. The decor really sets the mood of vacationing and relaxing. A big plus is the kitchen that is very well equipped with every utensil needed to prepare meals. Chris is a wonderful host and answered any questions I had immediately. We definitely will stay here again and recommend it.
