Wonderful condo, host & location

Everything as advertised and more! Mark is a great host and the condo is exactly as shown and described. Super easy access to the beach and great complex. Our family of four had a wonderful 10 day stay! Highly recommend!!!

Our home away from home!

It has taken me two weeks to officially accept that we are back home and vacation is over. We absolutely love our annual NSB trip every summer! This was our 7th year at Oceanwalk.. and our 2nd time staying at Mark’s condo.. we will never stay anywhere else! I’m already ready to book 2-3 weeks next year! From his snacks and drinks he has waiting for you when you walk in from that long drive to his kind texts to check in during our stay to see how we are doing and if we need anything, you can’t go wrong. It makes such a difference renting from the owner versus a company. My parents visit as well and stay in a different unit each time and their experience is never as easy and laid back as ours. Something is always wrong and takes so long to be fixed. For reference our kids are 7 and 9.. the bunk bed room has been a hit two years in a row. Also, a huge bonus is the location from the condo to the beach walk access! You will see!

Perfect place for a family trip!

The property was exactly as described. The water in the fridge and snacks provided were such a treat for us having arrived at 3am. The pools and rest of the property were beautiful. The walk to the beach was so quick and the beach supplies and loads of towels were so appreciated. We will definitely stay here again and have already recommended the property to a few friends.

Relaxing Getaway

Mark’s property was lovely, and just as advertised. The condo was very clean, and had a wide variety of pool and beach equipment and toys. Beach access was convenient. Would definitely return again.

This property has it all. There are great views from the back patio, a comfy living space and a well stocked kitchen. It's a super short walk to the beach too. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Amazing place and amazing owner

Upon arrival there were snacks and drinks. No other place that I’ve stayed has had that. It’s a nice welcome. Fully stock on everything you need. Mark was easy to get ahold of and checked to make sure everything was good and asked if we needed anything. I would stay here everytime I come to Florida if I could.

perfect for my family

I live in the complex, so I am aware of all the wonderful amenities here. Mark’s unit had everything needed, plus! My family appreciated the snacks and drinks. The view is wonderful, My family appreciated the snacks and drinks. The view is wonderful, much better than my unit. If ever I have an overflow of guests again, I would hope to be able to rent this exact same unit.

Short staycation

Very nice and clean condo. Mark was easy to communicate with through email, vrbo messages or even just texting. Great table set up outside on the patio was nice just to sit there in the morning and wake up. Nice snack assortment on the counter and beverages in the fridge. Beach/pool stuff in the front closets. I would definitely stay here again if available.

Provisions provided by owner were a total surprise and a welcome sight. Unit was extremly well equiped and lacked nothing. Owner was local and came to the unit to help with the Hi-Tech television. We plan on returning..
