Condo needs to be updated
The pros:
Oceanfront view from the condo is great
Oceanfront salt water pool with chairs and umbrellas
Gated complex in a good area
Easy to navigate short stairs from the property down to the sand.
The cons:
The condo is in need of an overhaul
The kitchen looks to be original from the early 1980’s with Formica counters and fiberboard cabinets, rusted out vent hood, dishwasher holds water, ice maker in frig didn’t work, sparsely stocked dishes, etc.
The bathrooms are very dimly lit and the exhaust fans did not work.
The chairs on the balcony could not be used, no cushions.
The beds were old and uncomfortable, only one bedroom had a ceiling fan.
This rental is managed by Ocean Properties, the check in process with them is disorganized, had to make two different stops in order to get everything we needed for our condo stay, keys, parking passes etc.
I would not recommend this unit, it needs a complete overhaul and there are other units in the complex that are much nicer.
