The realty company was very helpful in choosing the most suitable condo for us and made us feel welcome. The condo was very clean and was up-to-date on decor, etc. Fabulous location and ocean view. We will definitely return.

Had an incident that was compensated for immediately! Perfect view of the ocean! Condo was even better than pictures! Would highly recommend coming here!

Very peaceful

The New Smyrna Beach company was very easy to work with and had excellent communication skills. No trouble with check in or check out.

Shortcomings

Beautiful view but two chairs for four people to enjoy would have been appreciated. Well stocked kitchen. TVs were promised and at times only one could be used.Sheets were very thin and kept coming off and pillows were flat. Towels were plenty enough. Elevators were getting stuck and lots of repair work still being done.

Great condo

The condo was great. I was not happy that you are not allowed to turn the air conditioner lower than 74 degrees. Also, the elevators were very small and difficult to bring groceries up to the condo. Otherwise, the condo was comfortable and supplied well.

Our issue

The place was nice, we never could get the parking pass as I never was able to find the property manager. We reported some all issues with lighting and they were never corrected. Would also be nice to have over the door racks to hang damp towels or bathrobe. Over all we had a great time

Coronado Tower

The condo was great! It appeared to be renovated recently and was well maintained. Very clean, plenty of pots/pans/dishes/etc. North of Flagler Ave is a great location as it is a bit less crowded on the beach. (+)We clogged the kitchen sink and called for repair and the sink was unclogged very quickly! (-) Parking was rough. One designated spot is included. There are multiple additional 'visitor' spaces in the lot but you have to ask for a pass each day and there is no overnight visitor parking. We had our second car remotely and walk/drive to get it daily.

Enjoyed our week stay. This condo is within walking distance to Flagler Ave. There are golf courses minutes away and this condo has direct beach view. Also, everything came as advertised, no surprises. Definitely would stay here again.

Great spot can use a couple touches.

Unit is clean and organized and has what we needed. That being said a couple thing I would change. I would add a screen to screen door. I would not limit ac in unit (it can be managed in different ways, example when doors are open it would turn off). Beds should all have headboards, thought that would be a simple upgrade to the unit. A glass front door similar to mostly all of the other units would have beed nice too. I've stayed in a few units in the building and I would stay again in this unit, just thought I would share the simple feedback upgrades that would make a difference since you asked.

Christmas 2021

My family (16 of us) met down in New Smyrna Beach to celebrate Christmas this year and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Coronado Towers. The rooms were lovely and the pool & the Beach were right there. A short walk to the shops & Restaurants, I wonderful place to vacation. We look forward to our next visit!

Comfy condo in a great location with a stunning view of the ocean. Our family had a great 10 days enjoying the beach and all the nearby restaurants and shops. It was definitely the place to be and we look forward to returning.

Beautiful place and view. Had everything we needed. We loved the location to the beach and shops. Would have been more comfortable with at least a queen size bed instead of a full size (was pretty snug for two adults. Also would have liked not to have been limited to setting the A.C. no lower than 73 degrees. It was a bit of an adjustment. Would have liked at least 70 degrees.

We loved the condo. Amazing location to downtown. We walked everywhere.

Fall break 2021

This is our second time staying In this condo. It is perfect for us! The view is amazing and we were out on the balcony every morning drinking our coffee and watching the sun come up. We had the pool to ourselves pretty much the entire week and the ocean is right on the other side of the pool. Very short walk to one of our favorites on the beach - “Breakers”. There are pool toys and beach toys in the condo so we did not have to purchase anything for our five-year-old. It had everything we needed.. I’m sure will be back soon.
