We had the best time on our family vacation! The condo was comfortable and we felt right at home!! Communication with the owner was smooth and easy if we had any questions!! Book it unless it’s the week I’m going to be there!!!

This vacation rental has everything you need to make your beach vacation wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen, great beach view, comfy mattresses, plenty of beach chairs/items and very clean and updated throughout. The owners are so thoughtful when it comes to making sure their guests have everything. They quickly respond to any questions or concerns. Definitely will rebook with them. This condo had all the boxes checked!!! The resort keeps the pools and pool area clean!

It was perfect! This was our 3rd stay here, and there is not a thing I would change. Condo is beautifully decorated and stocked, view is incredible, and condo is exceptionally clean. There is nothing I would want different, other than time slowing down while we are there. It always goes way too quickly. Already looking forward to next year. Our host does an impeccable job of communicating and arrival and departure are seamless. We love our time at the Pelican!

Great location, beautiful private pool with gated beach access. This condo has everything!

We love this location with magnificent views. This is our third or fourth time staying here and look forward to it .The weather wasn’t the best but we took advantage of New Smyrna shops, outlets and Third Wave restaurant is a must go to.. Such a great fun place to relax.

Wonderful!

This is a great option for a family of four. Great space for us all to enjoy along with the ocean view! The host was very accommodating and thoughtful about making our stay most enjoyable. Definitely worth the splurge to stay!

Absolute Perfection – Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer!We just spent a full month at this beautiful condo and truly wish we could have stayed longer! The property itself completely surpassed our expectations. It was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with absolutely everything we needed and more for a long-term stay. The ocean views are stunning!The location provided the perfect beach escape. Beyond the condo itself, we loved having so many fantastic restaurant and shopping options nearby. To top it all off, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire visit. We cannot wait to return!

Absolutely perfect!

This was the perfect place for us to spend the holidays with friends and family! Loads of space, a beautiful view and a wonderfully accommodating host! We had an absolute blast and cannot wait to come back!!!

Fabulous Return Stay

Our family loves this condo. It is very clean and there are so many things that were supplied for our stay at our fingertips. The pool and the surrounding areas are kept exceptionally clean. Jan is an absolute delight to deal with.

Sea Glass

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay at the Sea Glass was. The condo was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. Beach towels, beach chairs sand toys and a kitchen that had anything we could have needed.The decor was beautiful and we never got tired of the sun rise views. The complex was also in the perfect location for walks to some of the local restaurants. We can’t wait to come back.

Joan was very accommodating when our flights to Orlando were changed. She communicated prior to our arrival, during our stay (told us about the SpaceX launch) and on the day we were checking out. Her condo is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The views from the condo were gorgeous. We were lucky to view the Super Moon and also sunrises! We would highly recommend her condo. We look forward to staying here in the future.

This was our second stay in this unit. We loved every single thing about it. So much so, that we extended our stay…not once, but twice. From the easy communication with the owner, Jan, to the beautiful decor and the amazing cleanliness of the unit. The pools and the view are beautiful and we had almost perfect weather. We loved everything about our stay and cannot wait to come back next year!

Perfect place in NSB

We loved our stay at the condo. Really clean and comfortable furnishings. Very stylish too. Beautiful view of the ocean. It was so nice to see the pool cleaned daily. The property was also very clean and tidy. Well taken care of. We will rent again for sure.

We have truly had one of our most enjoyable January stays in about 17 yrs. The condo is beautifully decorated, fully equipped and spotless. Jan's attention to detail goes above and beyond! Of course, the view is magnificent.We also appreciate your quick response to emails and texts.To sum it up: aside from the uncooperative weather, our January stay was strees-free and one to remember.It was also a pleasure meeting the two of you.My wife and I are already looking forward to 2027. Seaglass

The Seaglass at The Pelican is a beautiful oceanfront property. It is updated and clean. The owner shows pride in the condo and went above to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
