We have been visiting New Smyrna Beach for 38 years and this villa is by far and away the nicest place we have stayed in. The welcoming touches, the ease of communication with the host, the location in lovely Sea Woods, the well-appointed kitchen and all of the beach goodies (toys, chairs, towels, etc.) were very much appreciated. SEAclusion has it all and we hope to stay there again upon our return.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seaclusion. Our host was very thoughtful, welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable. There were many details that our host had attended to that made our first day through the whole stay feel like home. The property was clean, updated and well maintained. A true bonus was the Sea Woods experience of community and access to activities. We would not hesitate recommending to anyone considering this property.

Great remodeled unit in popular sea woods. Close to restaurants and beach. Three swimming pools in the complex. Ideal for walking and biking. The owners are extremely helpful and pro-active. Everyone there was very friendly. Located in a wonderful beach town.

What a fabulous place to vacation! Upon arrival to the villa, there were snacks and chilled bottled water waiting. These owners truly know how to host. The size and layout were perfect as was the location. PLENTY of linens and towels and there were soap dispensers at every sink. They truly thought of everything! We would absolutely recommend this property and will be staying there again sometime in the future.

Sun, Fun and all the Beach toys!

Seclusion was perfect! Everything was as described in the listing and photos, but better. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas and an awesome beach tent made the trips to the beach easy and extremely comfortable. Sea Woods had nice walking trails for our 4 legged family member. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities for cooking up our beach favorites! Communicating with Jill was super easy. She provided all necessary check-in info well in advance of our stay and was available via text should we have needed anything. Would most definitely stay here again!

Great vacation experience

This was one of the nicest and easiest vacation rentals we had ever had. Every detail was considered. The villa is perfectly equipped and spacious. The villa is very private and in excellent location to beach access and amenities. Communication with our host Jill was excellent. We hope to return!

Amazing 2nd time stay!

This was our 2nd year staying for a month at this wonderful property. Everything is better than described in the listing. You can tell Jill, the owner, and her family vacation here as well because EVERYTHING possible that you need for a short or long stay is provided. Beds are comfy, kitchen is well equipped, we were greeted again with a basket of treats, and all the starting TP, dish soap, laundry soap, garbage bags, etc. that anyone needs. Communication is proactive, friendly, and just all-around awesome. Community heated pool is wonderful and just a short walk. Wake up to a sunrise walk on the no-drive part of the beach just a short walk across the street. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to New Smyrna. WONDERFUL!

Fantastic Rental & Experience!

Wow, Jill really thought about everything to ensure we had the best and easiest experience possible. This rental was spotless upon arrival and filled with towels, beach chairs, washer/dryer, kitchen needs, blankets, a welcome snack pack and waters, etc. 2BR, 2Bath was perfect for my family so my teen had her own space/room. The living area was cozy with DirectTV and comfy love seat/chair. Walking distance to all 3 pools in villa and to the beach. Our experience was excellent. Jill was SO communicative before, during and at check-out. So helpful and kind. Thanks for everything! Literally, no complaints (only note is the bulbs are very bright/white in main dining area, but that's just a preference!) We loved this rental and will hope to book again when we visit our friends in NSB. Highly recommend. Thanks, Jill.

Stay over New Year’s 2024-25

We enjoyed a 5-night stay at this property over the New Year period. For a couple and one additional adult the space was perfect. The villa is very comfortable, well appointed, & private. Two rainy days were spent in part playing New Smyrna Beach-nopoly & other board games Jill has stocked the place with. NSB is a cute town and was a pleasant break from Miami

Excellent beach getaway!

Property was clean, everything well-organized and loved the layout with the two suites on opposite sides of the house. Beach is a close walk or it's a short drive if you want to go to other locations. Property is close to great restaurants, Publix etc. Jill, the owner was fantastic to work with, prompt to respond and has great recommendations. Will book again in the future!

Beach getaway

We had a great time for a nice family beach getaway. The villa was clean, charming and the perfect size for our family of 4 plus our dog! It is a short walk to the beach and the pool is right across the street. The host was outstanding and very helpful. We look forward to booking again.

Had a great time!

The place is huge, clean, smells great, everything works, no mold, no bugs, quiet, very convenient parking, very close to a Family Dollar Market. This is probably the closest unit to the pool in the whole complex. And who leaves their guests water and snacks, including doggy snacks? Family, that's who! And that's how we felt the entire stay.

Beach Weekend Getaway

We had such a wonderful time. The minute you walk into Jill’s condo you feel at home. This is a true hidden gem. Not to close and not to far from everything. Jill was on the spot with anything we need and extremely responsive. We will definitely be back!!
