We had an amazing time. The unit was nicely updated, had everything we needed for the week, and the view was spectacular. Another perk was being within walking distance to Flagler Ave where all the local restaurants and shops are. We loved our stay so much that we've already booked it again for next year. If you're looking for a great place to stay in New Smyrna Beach at an affordable price, this is the place to stay.

The condo was in great condition with beautiful views! With a toddler we loved the fenced area of the beach on condo property. It was too cold to use the pool, but the two pools are a good size with lots of chairs.

Views from the balcony were top notch, the balcony was the full length of the condo. Everything was clean except the floors could've used a better cleaning. Building was in great condition and pools were heated as well as super clean! Easy walk to Flagler Ave where all the shops/dining is, would definitely stay here again! Staff was very helpful and nice.

Week at the beach

This place was perfect for the 2 of us. We walked the beach everyday, relaxed by the pool in the afternoon and explored Flagler Ave in the evening. Location was right by everything. We loved it there.

This clean, spacious condo is in a great location. We walked to everything. Loved drinking coffee on the large balcony as the sun was rising. Would definitely stay again.

What a perfect place to stay on New Smyrna Beach! Location was great, condo was so bright and nicely decorated and clean. Darrick was right on top of getting us the check in and check out info. Would love to stay there again and would highly recommend this condo.
