Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great vacation at New Smyrna Beach this year we stayed 29 days it was wonderful. The beach is just right down the deck steps. It’s the biggest beach around very good for walking, playing ball. The condo was great has nice kitchen and living room and two great bedrooms and baths. We rent it every summer for a month or longer.

Reviewer Comments: Perfect place to stay when in Florida.Orlando and all parks, malls etc just one hour away, Cape Canaveral and all the great nature around as well and after an exhausting trip, there is nothing better than to relax directly at the beach. Downtown New Smyrna and Daytona is very close with shops, restaurants and life, then again here you can enjoy being almost alone at the beach.Definitely wish to come back...

View is beautiful. Love the pool. This unit had everything we needed. Will return and have already recommended to friends. Dollar Store Market is across the street and kept us from running to town every day.
