Sunrises

We love the view from our patio overlooking the lush green grass and beautiful pool and the 1-minute walk to the ocean deck to watch the sunrises every morning, with coffee in hand! Very peaceful and friendly neighbors, who were mostly condo owners!

Nice unit, great location

Nice updated unit. The location in the complex is great. First floor, close to the pool. The beach is a very short walk. There is parking allowed on the beach right in front of this complex. However it is really close to the portion of the beach that traffic is not allowed. You can easily walk there. This complex is not crowded and most of the time we were the only people at the pool.

Amazing beach vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is thoughtfully decorated and has so many of the things you need. The kids enjoyed the games and comfy couches. The view is perfect, coffee in the morning from the patio was our favorite. Being able to go to the beach and pool right from the condo made it so we never had to get in our car and go anywhere. The grounds are extremely well maintained and the property is quiet. The condo had plenty of space for our family of 4. The one issue we had was quickly resolved by the management company which was very appreciated. We have already looked at dates for next summer.

Fun in Florida

This condo is a great location. Views were fabulous! Got to watch a rocket launch from the resort. It was the coolest experience. Condo is beautiful and very comfortable. Would definitely rebook in the future and recommend to family & friends.

Beautiful setting

Ground floor 2 bedroom condo was perfect for us which included a one year old just starting to walk. Other people staying were very friendly. It would have been nice to have laundry facilities in condo. It was equipped nicely except there was no toaster. After looking around the area we found that pricing was way too high.

Becoming a tradition

2nd year in a row being at this condo for Christmas. It is a great place to stay and everything possible you will ever need available. We didn’t get any beach time due to work and the beach still being recovered from hurricanes. This is an awesome place and hope to continue the tradition next year.

Ideal Beach Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Being steps from the ocean and short drive to restaurants, breweries and tourist attractions, we hated seeing our week end. Can't wait to come back!

Nice Place

This condo was wonderful!! The responses from the management were less than personal, and I did not appreciate them sending an "inspector" to look for clothes that were left behind by the previous tenant, when I specifically asked them to wait until I was back at the property. My kids wanted to stay there alone while we were out, and I didn't want anyone over there while they were there alone. They are old enough to be alone, but I absolutely did not want strangers there while I wasn't available!! They sent someone over against my wishes anyways, which is totally unacceptable. No one should be sent to a rental without the renter being available. Common sense, and common courteously!

At the beach!

A beautiful condo with a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean. The condo was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and items for the beach. The location was with in easy driving distance of Flager Ave and downtown New Smyrna. Several restaurants and bars were with in walking distance. We had a wonderful time at this condo and would love to return to it every winter.

Perfect Sunrises !

Chateau by the Sea, Unit 13 C is beautifully maintained. We rented 6 units for a family gathering and Unit 13C was by far the nicest. My wife felt like we stepped into a “Pottery Barn” catalog. This is a ground floor unit with ocean views and easy in and out access to the parking lot. The Great Oceans Condos management team was prompt on our request for issues with the keys and even rushed over a parking pass as I forgot ours at home. We will definitely stay here again should our travels bring us back to NSB.

Nice apt and great beach, issue with toilet

The apartment is comfortable, clean, well stocked and has great access to a beautiful beach. The one issue was that when we arrived one of the toilets wasn’t working at all, and the management company initially said they couldn’t send anyone to look at it for days or even a week and seemed pretty unconcerned. That meant the only usable bathroom was inside the master bedroom. Someone did end up coming to fix it the following day after I complained about it.

Fun family vacay!

Very nice property! Felt clean and well taken care of. Open back door and you are walking distance to pool and beach. Amazing location because you are right next to 27th but also steps from the non drive beach (best of both worlds.) Only down side is that we were not allowed to park our golf cart on property and some of the amenities like laundry room were closed because of construction. Construction was not happening on this unit but the far side of the building. The sweet man working on site, maybe a handy man, kept my husband's surf board while we were out cruising the beach. Over all mostly very kind residents besides one lady who clearly is never in a good mood. haha can't make everyone happy. Property management was on the spot helpful!!!! I even left something there and they called to tell me and brought it to their office that was closer to me so that I could pick it up!
