Location
we were located one mile from Publix and many restaurants, 2 miles from the beach. A great trip to see my grandson graduate from college, and celebrate our 50th Anniversary.

Great place to stay with family.
We decided to stay here to be able to enjoy the oceanside as well as only about an hour from Universal for the kids. The house was great and had everything we needed for our stay.

Beautiful
Very clean and beautiful. Beds comfortable. Convenient to publix and restaurants. Enjoy every bit of it. Master bath needs a better shower head. No water pressure.

Great New Smyrna Beach condo
The property matched our needs perfectly with the correct sleeping & dining capacity. Even used the garage for added parking. It was spotlessly clean and adequately furnished with almost everything we needed. The location was ideal for our visit., which was short but would have worked very well for a longer stay too. Very happy we lucked out.
