Fourth of July

Place was great with easy access to the beach across the street. It was a short walk down to the coffee shop on Flagler which was nice. Plenty of room in the living area for all guests for having meals together. The garage was great for storing coolers/beach stuff, but unfortunately we were not able to park any cars in the carport due to it being occupied with a car and golf cart. Would definitely recommend staying there again.

Outstanding Vacation!

The 3 story Rental Town House in New Smyrna Beach was a fantastic setup!We traveled with 6 Adults & 5 children, the house was a 3 story rental where the kids bedroom & fun room was downstairs, the children were from ages 5-14. The children loved having their own digs & stayed down there most of the time other than when we went to the beach or were eating. The middle story was the common are with a huge Kitchen with all the necessary equipment & utensils to cook anything! The 3rd floor had the Master Suite & with a balcony & a view of the ocean, even though it was across the street from the ocean! The othe 2 bedroom suites were upstairs as well with a shared bathroom & washer & dryer was also upstairs. We had a large family reunion that we held at our place & it comfortably was able to accommodate all our guests! To top things off, we were able to witness 2 Rocket liftoffs, one furring the day from the beach & the other just after Midnight, which we saw from the Master Suite Balcony! It was the best vacation for all!

Nice property, but needs work

The decor and furnishings are nice. The kitchen is well-established with everything we needed to cook. The ice machine is not hooked up and that would be nice to know -- that we had to make ice runs. The pool was very dirty and the slide is still out of order. How many months does it take to replace a slide? The murphy bed on the main floor was completely broken. The first night, we had to pull the mattress off and the person slept on the mattress on the floor. The house was not very clean. There were cobwebs in/around the beds. I was bit up by something while I slept in the whale room trundle bed. The location was wonderful...close to Flagler Ave and the right across from the beach access. We weren't allowed to open doors or windows, so being close to the water was completely wasted. I wish I would known about that rule prior to booking. The whole point of renting close to the beach was to experience the sea and salt air. I understand why there is that rule, but full disclosure at time of booking would be nice.

Family Fun

This was an amazing condo and location! Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Extremely clean and communication was spot on. The only major disappointment was the slide not working. We were all bummed that we couldn’t use it because it was damaged! I hope that it gets fixed soon, specially for the amount being paid to stay there.

Amazing house and location but is in need of some TLC

The house is awesome! Very spacious and a great location with a very short walk to the beach and Flagler. Initially, i really felt this place was worth the price. However, there were more than a few things that needed attention. Only 2 of the tvs worked, we only had 5 wash cloths which they did bring us some but they must have been brand new because when they got wet the dye ran. The slide was cracked and almost cut my kid and theres a hole in the steps so that wasnt able to be used, the hot tub was never hot and we could not control it because it was on a timer from 9am to 6 pm. So it drained throughout the evening and night but we could never work the jets or have it used as a hot tub. The ice maker was broken, the lights in the spare bedroom didnt work, and there was no curtain in the master bath so the condos across the street can see right thru. Also, the white bed on the bottom floor had hinges that were broken. All of these things are small issues and can easily be fixed but there were just so many. In paying the price we did, I felt everything shouldve been in working order. If all of these issues are taken care of, this place is well worth the price. The house is decorated beautifully and has all the beach chairs, toys, boards, and anything else you many need.

Combined family spring break

We were 2 mature adults and 6 young adults. It was a perfect location for us. The beach is amazing for body boarding and a little surfing, playing volleyball and games on the beach. The distance to Flagler was ideal. And the house was a perfect fit for our group, from relaxing to cooking to playing cards- it was great.

Great location made for a great week at NSB!

Great location! Pool was great once the pool company got it to heat. Only cons- Barstools in kitchen were stained and silverware was dirty with food. Also dryer took FOREVER to dry. Would go back!

Family Spring Break

Thank you for sharing your beautiful townhome with us for a Spring Break beach vacation. The location was so convenient to everything New Smyrna had to offer. We loved the layout as well and our entire crew had a comfortable bed and space to relax and catch the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets!!!

Great Property, Great Amenities , Great Location, Great Vacation

We have stayed in New Smyrna Beach many times and many properties. This was by far the best, the walled in yard was perfect for our dogs, the hot tub, pool and slide were perfect for the kids, the townhouse was in great shape with three floors a plenty of space for all of us.

Your house was absolutely perfect , fully stocked for our cooking and baking dinners with the family. We will definitely comeback. It was a wonderful spring break.

Wonderful Stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this townhouse for my 40th birthday. The house was great for hosting family and friends. I would highly recommend this rental!! We will definitely consider booking it again for our next stay in NSB!

Great location!

Overall we had a good stay. The back two bedroom got very warm at night and the ceiling fans weren’t working well. I called property management and they sent two box fans, unfortunately a day after I called. We also had an issue with the washer not draining and when the door opened, water poured out all over the floor. The master bathroom doesn’t have any type of curtain/shade over the large window (which is also on the front of the house), this made it hard to freely walk around the bathroom while getting ready and I felt I needed to always stay clothed. The posting advertised 4 bedrooms but it’s really three with a bonus room that has two pull out beds. Overall, we still had everyone in beds so it was fine. In the end, house fit our needs well. The kids loved the pool and it’s proximity to the beach was perfect!
