Excellent property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of room for our large family. Great balconies. Beach across the street is nice and just a short walk. The pool area is nice too. Property is well stocked with towels, kitchen needs etc. We would rent again.

Absolutely Spectacular

We enjoyed every second of our day! Plenty of space for the entire family with everything you need to feel at home. The beach access was so pretty and an easy walk for the little ones. We will definitely be coming back!

A perfect family stay

Our group of adult family members stayed at this lovely top floor condo for Thanksgiving week. It had every amenity, from cooking supplies to beach towels and sporting equipment. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. The condo is huge, with room for everyone, including two lovely patios.

Family vacation

Our first family vacation with all my children, their spouses and grand grandchildren and it was a HUGE success. We had ample space for all of us. Three families, 6 adults, plus myself, and 4 children (ages1-13) location was perfect for having children and we used the screened in patio for cooking breakfast every morning perfect in every way.

Comfortable & relaxing

This is a beautiful and spacious condo. The owners have it well appointed with everything you need to be comfortable, from the bedding to the towels. We had 3 generations of adults there was plenty of gathering space and privacy.

6th floor sanctuary

Perfect location across from the beach crosswalk and next to the rec center with great views of the estuary from bedrooms and porches. Could use a few updates/improvements to make it 5 star lodging but overall nice experience and helpful property managers.

Summer 2021 Beach Trip

The home and property were great and included everything we needed. We loved our stay in this beautiful, spacious home. The New Smyrna community was perfect for our family getaway.

Condo near the beach.

We arrived to a pretty dirty condo. We had to clean the counters in the kitchen, sweep the patio area it was full of sand, swept the living area there was food found on the floor under chairs and couches. The condo was nicely furnished and the owners supplied a pack n play, high chair and booster which was awesome. We did contact the owner about the condo being dirty and he did offer to send the cleaning people but we had already done most of the wiping and sweeping already. The beach towels supplied were great and the wagon for carrying things to the beach. It is quite a walk and then down many stairs with the wagon a ramp would have been so much easier with all the things you need on the beach. The pool at the condo was nice but the tile hadn't been scrubbed in a while and looked kinda dirty. The tv on the patio we couldn't use which we would have loved too. We also had some problems in the elevator where we were stuck and rode up and down for a little while but it was storming. The upstairs area smelled like mildew when we arrived like water had leaked. There were a couple of plug outlets that also look like they had fried with whatever was plugged in.
