Wonderful stay! This is our 5th year of staying in this condo and it gets better every year. Martin makes sure every detail is taken care of. Just bring clothes and food and enjoy. Already booked for next year!!

This condo was perfect in every way! It is adorable and has nice upgrades inside. We really liked being on the second floor-we didn’t need to take the elevator, and it gave you the perfect height for a great view on the balcony of the sunrise each morning. There’s plenty of space-each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with multiple coffee makers, air fryer, and more. Everything you need for the beach is there for you-from plenty of beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, and more! The kids played tennis and basketball daily. All the equipment is available in the condo as well. The home host is amazing! He checked on us often and shared recommendations for good restaurants and other things to do. We had a wonderful time and look forward to renting the condo again in the future!

This was our second time staying in this condo and we love it. It is a 2nd floor corner unit right next to the stairs, so super easy to pop back and forth to the beach. It was big enough & comfortable for our three teen girls and their friends. The kitchen has everything you need and Martin has stocked it with plenty of beach chairs and towels. We love staying here, it is our favorite!

I can't tell you when I've stayed somewhere that I enjoyed more than this beautiful condo on the water in New Smyrna Beach! It is not only in a prime location right on the ocean, it's a fantastic end unit with amazing views from two sides. The furnishings are lovely and carefully selected to maximize the views, as well as being comfortable without being fussy. The new balcony furniture is great! You can cook a full scale banquet with the well appointed kitchen...and it's always nice to find a selection of kitchen basics, like spices and oils. This owner thinks of everything! There's also a whole closet full of beach toys and chairs for families. It's really everything you need! Just bring your toothbrush and swim suit and you're all set! I highly recommend this condo. You won't be disappointed!

Our family loves New Smyrna Beach and have been visiting for years. We LOVED staying and enjoying Southwind. 201 was amazing!!! Beautifully decorated condo, everything you could possibly need for cooking and beaching!! We will miss the breathtaking views over morning coffee and sunset evenings!! Martin is the ultimate host and made this a wonderful family vacation!!

We had a great stay at this condo. This was our second time staying and will be returning again next summer. The unit is very clean, in a great location, and has a great view of the beach. The unit also has several beach chairs, boogie boards, and plenty of beach towels. The beach is not very crowded in this area which is also a huge plus. Martin is great and would check in from time to time to make sure we were having a great stay or needed anything.

This is our 2nd stay in this spacious condo with great views and we look forward to coming again. This is a beautiful, bright end unit that is very clean and well equipped. All of the beach toys, towels, and gear are there. Just pack your toothbrush and swimsuit and enjoy the quiet beach - which is literally a 1-2 minute walk from door to sand.

If you are looking for the perfect spot on the ocean, this is it! Located on the quiet end of NSB, there are no cars, just endless sky, sand and sea. This is a corner unit, so the beautiful waves fill the windows on two sides of the condo! The balcony overlooking the water is hard to leave. (And of course, there’s a lovely pool!) Being one story up is a big plus for us…we like the convenience of the elevator (for hauling in luggage) but we most often just run up one flight of stairs. The bedding and furnishings are excellent and very comfortable, and the kitchen is perfect! You can prepare full meals with every possible tool and appliance, and it comes with a great supply of spices and cooking needs. For space lovers, the condo (or the top floor lounge area) is an amazing place to view a launch. I can’t say enough good things about this place, or the ease of working with the owner. He is very responsive and takes care of any situation that might arise. We’ve stayed in countless properties with VRBO over the years, but we keep coming back to this one! It’s a gem!

Five stars isn’t enough for this beautiful condo, with its amazing view! We’ve been coming here for years, and it only gets better and better! This unit is located on the corner of the building, commanding a spectacular view of the beach in two directions. The balcony gets great morning light and is furnished with comfy padded furniture. It’s so close to the water that it feels like you’re on a ship! The balcony is also a great place to watch a rocket launch and there’s a top floor clubhouse for an even better view! The inside furnishings are tasteful and comfortable, and the master bedroom has just been refreshed with new furniture and bedding. (You can’t beat the view of the sunrise from your bed!) We love to cook, and we were happy to find everything we could possibly need in the kitchen to cook up gourmet meals, while taking in the ocean view! It’s well stocked with staples, spices and plenty of coffee. We also love that this condo is on the second story, making it easy to dash up or down one flight of stairs if you don’t want to bother with the elevators. The owner pays great attention to detail, and has worked to ensure that you have the best possible experience in his condo. For all the beach lovers, there is a closet full of chairs, toys and enough boogie boards for a bunch of kids! You can’t beat this place if the ocean is your happy place!

This condo is a 5++! From start to finish, everything was better than anticipated. The condo has beautiful furnishings, well equipped in the kitchen along with items to use on the beach (which is a rarity in beach condo rentals). Martin is fantastic with follow-up!! He texted me throughout the week asking if we needed anything and if I did have a question got back with me within the hour. The only thing that I could possibly say was negative is we had a hard time connecting to wifi. Martin was wonderful helping us with this as well!! Already booked our trip for next year.

If you’re like me you’re looking for a place that’s actually on the beach and not set back from it. This is that place, and it’s beautiful. There’s a lot to like about this unit. It’s an end unit so it has panoramic views. The balcony is large and a great place to hang out. It’s comfortable, the furniture, bed (I didn’t sleep in all of them but the bed in the master was quite comfy), and outdoor furniture all great. The air conditioning was superbly responsive. Martin, the owner was exceptionally helpful. He communicated all necessary information quickly and timely and it’s obvious he takes great pride in his beautiful condo on the beach. He provided many of the little things that make your stay more comfortable and homey. There are 2 coffee makers, one for ground coffee and one for pods. There were lots of pods for us to make our morning coffee. There was ample paper towels, toilet paper, beach gear, bath towels, beach towels etc. I also appreciated a well stocked kitchen with everything you would need to cook and serve a meal. Overall our week staying here couldn’t have been better. Highly recommended.

It is stocked with everything you could need. The location and building are great. The owner, Martin, is always available and attentive to all questions and needs. It makes for a great vacation spot. This is it! You’ve found the best! I’ve stayed in probably twenty different VRBO’s over the years, and this is the Best of the Best! This condo is so close to the water that it feels like you’re on a ship, with water views from two sides! It’s located on the quiet “no-drive” end of NSB. Three great bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a beautiful well appointed kitchen for all your cooking adventures! And, it’s in a great area…a couple of minutes drive to upscale restaurants or waterfront shrimp shacks, plus nature and animal viewing nearby! The owner is super attentive and easy to communicate with, which is everything! You will love this perfect place!
