Stay-cation

I live in new Smyrna, but we love staying on the beach so during the summer I always try to rent a couple condos for me and the kids. Of all the years that we’ve been doing this I really have to say this one I did feel at home. There was everything you needed to be comfortable. The bed was so comfortable. I have back problems and I had the best sleep those past few days than I have had in a while. The two futon beds in the living room were perfect for my kids and their two friends to sleep on the pool was nice and refreshing. We were on the first floor so that was nice. The host was very attentive. Anytime I needed to ask her a question she got right back to me. Overall we had a good time. The only issue was the security guard for the pool area was a little bit too much. It seemed like every time we were on our porch he popped up and would just sit there and talk about something and then I didn’t really like the way he treated one of my kids friends, but that’s a different issue but overall the property was perfect. I would definitely stay again.

Great location!

I came with my two adult daughters & two grandkids, 15 & 13. Although it was cramped when we were all in there, I wanted to show pictures of how it looks with both beds down. We managed well, so well that I am trying to secure dates for next year! We’ve been coming for 3 years, but our first time here. We LOVED it!! The easy walk to the beach was great, but the selling point was the huge outdoor box full of beach toys, boogie boards, chairs & umbrellas. EVERYTHING we needed for a great beach vacation! This was the most well equipped of any condo we have rented. Hands down this is THE place to be! Extremely quiet & private. My only complaint was the metal push button code to gain access to the beach. I understand the need for security, as the public beach is right next door, but the numbers were hard to push, & it took me 3 tries (at least) to get in/out. Maybe an upgrade to digital would last longer in the salt air.

Great location

Nice property in a great location in NSB. Beachfront, walkable to shopping and restaurants nearby. Well-equipped condo.It is worth noting that at high tide, the beach is quite narrow with a lot of the available real estate taken up by cars that are allowed to drive and park on the beach. The rest of the beach is still wet from the tide water. If you like to lie on a towel instead of sit in a chair on the beach, expect to get wet.
