Great house

Enjoyed our stay. Having your own pool with beach access is great. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We rented the golf cart and would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic location, close to restaurants, shops, and drive on beach access. We also enjoyed the pool and being able to walk directly down to the beach from the backyard/pool area for beach setup each day... The sunrises from the master suite were absolutely gorgeous! They were a pleasant wakeup and invite for a stroll down the beach each morning. This was a great space for our family (including our 7 month old)... I don't think we could have found a better place.

This beach house is truly a gem! You can’t beat the location—just steps from the sand and right near a lifeguard station, which gave us extra peace of mind. The private pool was a perfect way to cool off after spending time in the ocean. While we mostly relaxed at the house, it was nice knowing we could take a short walk up the beach to Flagler Avenue for shops and restaurants. The owner was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Nice Little House with a Few Issues

Cool little house in a great location. In particular, the 2nd floor master suite is great and the golf cart is very nice and comes in handy. As for the issues:- The kitchen counter and main dining table were covered with little bug wings and legs. Maybe 100 or more in each spot. We believe these may be from termites (although we're not sure), and we cleaned them all up.- The house had about a dozen horseflies inside when we arrived, so we spent the first hour chasing and killing them.- The hot tub heat doesn't work at all.- On the outdoor gas grill only the back 1 inch of each burner actually lights. The rest is not working, so it's not possible to grill over a flame and we couldn't use the grill. We did not want to mess with the Big Green Egg.

Wonderful beach house!

We had the best time at the beach. The location is wonderful, in walking distance to everything. We got the golf cart but it really wasn’t needed everything is so close. The house was perfect for our family and has everything you need. Plenty of space for 6-8 people. Wonderful access to the beach and pool. We will for sure be back.

Great house on the beach!

House was very clean and there IWas a lot of space for our family. Walk right out to the pool and then the beach! Pool was very clean! We rented a golf cart and drove on the beach which was a highlight of our trip. We would definitely come back to this house.

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay, the private beach access with lifeguard, golf kart, proximity to town and the hot tub were wonderful. The only negatives are the stairs to the second level are narrow and small and the bathrooms downstairs and very small. The property manager was fabulous to deal with and was quick to respond and resolve issues. We would definitely return.

New Smyrna Beach Oceanfront house

The house was nice though slightly limited on bathrooms. The dishwasher was minimal at best with the stairs leading to the second floor a challenge. That being said, the house was nice for being at the beach on the ocean. The focal point of the house was the real nice pool that was more than expected. Also the easy walk to the beach was perfect. The golf cart is a must with its beach pass. Lastly was the wonderful host, Natasja who couldn't have been nicer. We had a couple of small issues that she addresses immediately. All and all, it was a very nice place to stay.

Gorgeous house. Perfect location. Beautiful pool. Beach cozy and comfy for family movie nights and grilling out by the pool and hearing the ocean waves. Proximity to Flagler for our family made this even more Enjoyable.

Loved this property! The property manager was very nice and communicated every step of the process. The home was lovely and having the beach out your back door, who could ask for more. Wonderful family vacation

We chose this property for our family vacation this summer. Great property! The kids loved being oceanfront and also having a private pool! New Smyrna was such a fun town with lots of cool places to eat and shop. We also rented the golf cart and had lots of fun on the beach and in town! The property manager was very responsive and helpful.
