Well thought out

This property was very clean, and provided an excellent location. The most appreciated surprise was how many supplies, kitchen implements, and towels were supplied.We could have made Thanksgiving dinner there if we wanted.Well done.

Amazing Stay

Everything was perfect - the location was incredible. We had amazing weather and enjoyed the beach every day. Only wish would have been to have had beach chairs at the property - but we bought some and was happy to leave them for the next guests. Thank you for an incredible vacation.

NSB another great time

Everything was great from the accommodations, to the area an weather. We were located just a little bit from down town which was awesome. We also got to see a night launch from Cape Canaveral so exciting.

Loved the patio!!!

Views, easy beach access, and a short walk to restaurants and shopping! We spent most of our time on the beautiful patio. Perfect location and beautiful house. Had a wonderful vacation.

Disney/Daytona 500 Family Trip

Rented this house for our family to use during the week leading to the Daytona 500 and it was perfect for us! Spent one day going to Disney, then took advantage of the beach front to play in the sand and water. Great place for a family to stay and play!

Another Fabulous Thanksgiving Stay

This is our third year renting with Turtle Town Vacation Rentals and we can't say enough positive things about them. We changed rental homes this year and love this one even more! The deck with direct access off of the living area is just spectacular, with several sitting areas and a gas firepit perfect for the cooler autumn months. All of the Turtle Town properties have very well stocked kitchens for cooks. We particularly appreciate this since we spend our family Thanksgiving here and do all the holiday cooking without a hitch. This year we were even able to have our dinner outdoors on the deck. If you are looking for the perfect beach holiday for a group. look no further.

Awesome Location

This was a fun location. Love the New Smyrna area, we went for Daytona Jeep Beach but stayed in the New Smyrna area more than Daytona. Fun area for shopping, beach, restaurants, fishing, beautiful sun rises, and more. Had a blast renting electric bikes and exploring the area.

Beautiful views

Enjoyed the morning sunrise over the ocean. Can't get any better !!! House was nicely laid out and plenty of room for my family of 7. 4th bedroom off the master is a little odd - but worked fine for us. Issue with the dryer was resolved day before check out by the property manager (who also clarified we didn't need to try to wash all the towels and linens and she would help! Thank you !!) It was different being on a beach that was drive on with vehicles - but it didn't really interrupt our view. Loved all the little shops on Flagler Ave

Family vacation

It was perfect we came for my daughters graduation. Our whole family made the trip including toddler and baby included The house was beautiful. It was perfect Excellent location. Spacious everything we needed. Walking distance to flagler ave. Definitely would come back.

Daytona Family Vacation

As always Turtle Tracks and Natasja were awesome. The house was everything that we expected. Sunshine, ocean, beach walks and of course the Daytona 500. I highly recomend this home as a home away from home for any family vacation

Beach Front Fun

This was a great spot for our group of 4 adults. Very quiet neighborhood. So close to shopping, restaurants, and brewery. Some within walking distance to Flagler Ave. We stayed here during he cold front that went thru during the holidays so the beach was pretty quiet. The beach is a drive on beach and no dogs are allowed. The house had everything that we needed. Loved just sitting and watching the waves from either inside or on the big patio! Saw a few dolphins swim by! Enjoyed our stay!

Great beach week

We had the best week and made the best memories at your house. The set up and location was perfect and we will definitely be back. Natasja, the house manager, was wonderful and super attentive to any questions we had. We even had a professional shoot on the dunes in front of the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

You won't want to leave

The house, ocean front patio and location are all awesome. This was our 3rd stay here and it seems to get better every year. Must do's for us every year, rent golf cart for the week, go to The Garlic a couple times, and lots of cornhole on the beach and back deck. Natasja is a great host, very responsive when questions arise but you won't have many issues

Amazing stay!

You can’t beat this location! There are stunning views and steps from the beach. Back patio is huge and a great space. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed. Lots of beach toys for the kiddos. We would definitely stay again!
