All the amenities at a reasonable price

Overall, our group had a positive experience and would recommend this property to other visitors. Location, supplies, property amenities, etc - all made for a nice stay. Only consideration was that, in terms of cleanliness, there was a 1/2 cup of tea in the microwave, a 1/2 eaten sandwich in the living room - wasn't the greatest impression, but the overall experience was still positive.

Amazing Vacation

This was definitely one of my favorite places that I have stayed in Florida. The condo is very spacious, updated appliances, nicely decorated, and has everything you need! I do wish it had a better ocean view, but it was still great. The pool is not heated so it was way to cold for my liking. The owners were awesome and very quick to respond to messages! Will definitely stay there again💕

Great spot on the beach with a deck.

It was girls' weekend, and the apartment was perfect. Erich is a great host. Very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the deck, and plenty of room to enjoy the inside of the apartment as well.

Family beach trip

Nice location and easy access to the beach. Well stocked with towels and kitchen items. Plenty of room for family movie and game time, lots of space. Owner was very communicative especially when a maintenance issue arose and offered to find additional accommodations. Our family felt bad as we did leave dishes and laundry but due to the maintenance issue we could not complete. Overall great stay and our family had a great time together.

Girls Weekend

This is great location for a girls weekend get together. The living room area and the outdoor deck area were both spacious enough to allow of us hang out together. All the sleeping space was very comfortable. We enjoyed the space so much that we will be booking it again for next year.

We had a great time. It was our first time in Florida and this location was absolutely perfect for it. The host was great through all of it. So much to do and the location is well kept with a lot of space. Highly recommend!! :)

Balcony option not explained

Great appliances, beds, AC, furnishings. The balcony is the real reason we rented and it was covered in tarp and unusable to us for safety and esthetic reasons. Was told by the host after we returned home that the tarp could have been removed, but we were never given that option. Very disappointing not to have an ocean view from anywhere and not to have been told ahead of rental about the problem. Except for the balcony disaster, visit was good and Erich was a great host!

Great for girls weekend

Great location, lots of room. The living room was the best part, great to hangout in. Some spaces are updated, but others need to be. Parking isn’t ideal but if you plan to Uber the whole time, it’s fine having to park across the street. Overall, good experience, would definitely come back…top porch was amazing!

Great house in great location

The house was perfect. We had 9 people and there was room for all. The host was very communicative and helpful. Enjoyed walking on the beach & seeing the sunrise in the mornings. Nice deck to eat outside & enjoy the sunshine. Would definitely do it again!

Great location!

This property has everything you need to enjoy the beach! Very well stocked and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants. We spent a weekend and never had to drive anywhere. It was wonderful!

Great location!

We loved staying here. It has its own balcony/sitting area that looks at the ocean. The beach was so close we went daily. The pool was great for our little one. Plenty of towels which was also appreciated! Nice little food stand across the street

We'll be back!

I would happily stay here again. We had 3 generations stay here and we had plenty of room. It's much larger than most beach condos and space is important when you travel with kids. The property was clean and well maintained. The beach is a very short walk away and was not crowded. We enjoyed the pool too. The rooftop patio is awesome!

Great location and perfect size!

My friends and I stayed here for July 4th weekend and it was absolutely ideal! There were about 6/7 of us coming and going throughout the weekend and it was in such a good location. The shortest walk possible to the beach! It was very clean and everything you could need was there. Enough trash bags/paper towels/towels/soap just to name a few. I would highly recommend this place for anyone with a bigger group as there was plenty of sleeping arrangements possible. Only 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet however, it was perfect amount for us. The parking is a slight nuisance if you have multiple cars but honestly for a holiday weekend it worked out fine for us all! Close to absolutely everything, we did walk back from Flagler Avenue one evening, although it is a very long walk it is a straight shot so wasn't terrible and in the car is about 5 minutes max! We will definitely be back again!

Erich is an amazing Host with an amazing house!

My family (6 adults and 2 toddlers) came down to New Symerna for a long weekend and this house was absolutely perfect! It was very spacious, very clean, and so close to the beach! We went to the beach and the pool every day and there are so many great restaurants so close to this location! Any time I needed to get in touch with Erich, he responded right away and was so nice and helpful! We would come back in a heart beat! Thank you so much for letting us use your home away from home!

Convenient, well-appointed beach bungalow

This place was the perfect quick escape for myself and my two adult kids - we loved the spacious and well-furnished accommodations (very comfy beds), and great proximity to beach and dining options. It's a fun family destination.
