Perfect for our family to have separate space but also gather all together at the pool and grill . Great location and close to the beach , Publix and restaurants. Also great to have 2 washer/dryers. Well stocked with kitchen, beach and pool items

Long weekend vacation

Very nice for a family of 10. We had all 3 units. We congregated around the pool but some of us watched tv on the side porch. Close uber rides to downtown and restaurants. Would stay here again!

Perfect layout and location

You can’t beat this location! Our group was able to walk to most places and, if driving was needed, it was a quick trip. For large groups, the layout offers privacy but plenty of community space to get together. The outside pool area was a hit. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

New Smyrna Beach stay

Property worked out well for us because we had 2 families, and they had their own living spaces. We rented the entire building. No place for everyone to eat inside. We ate outside a lot. The no see-ums were really bad. It would be nice if a lanai was on site. Pool was great and beach stuff was appreciated. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked for our needs. Convenience to the beach was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Memories

This place was perfect for our blended family. Everyone had their own space and the common areas used by all are perfect. The check in and check out are easy and we had no issues during a stay. We will be back as this has become one of our favorite places to stay. Thank you!!

Second-timers

This was our 2nd visit to this property; this time we rented all 3 units for entire family. There was more than enough room. We so enjoyed the pool & the close beach access. The units again were super equipped & very clean. We WILL be back Grand Oasis!

Great Family Vacation property

Overall this was a great choice for our family. Eleven of us rented all 3 parts of the Grand Oasis property. It was nice to have our own space yet plenty of room to all gather for dinner, roasting marshmallows, and pool time. The place was clean and well stocked. The studio apartment was very basic and probably the least comfortable. We had some issues with the main front door lock but eventually we’re able to get in. The beach was very accessible and beautiful. The only drawback was trying to cross a very busy 4 lane road.

Great for families and friends

We rented all 3 apartments in the triplex. It was great for us to all be together but have the separate living spaces. The location was quiet and a short walk across the street to the beach. The apartments where well equipped with basic needs. Towels, hand towels, cleaners and seasonings. There was even plenty of sand toys and pool toys for the kids to enjoy. It was great that the owner of the property was available by phone if we needed something. We stayed for about 10 days, so we did use the kitchen quite a bit. The only complaint was that we had to borrow between apartments for things that we didn’t each have such as a crock pot, coffee maker, sharper knives and cooking trays. Honestly speaking, there was a few hiccups with the management team but everything was eventually resolved. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the house really felt like home!

Great house close to beach!!

The house was great fit all of our needs we were all together but still had our own space. Pool and hot tub were great and just across the street from the beach was nice. Property manager was very quick to get back with any of our needs. The only down side was the keyless entry door locks. The 3 bdrm one only work some of the time and we did get locked out from time to time till it decided to finally work. But overall great place

Perfect for a family gathering!

Our family of 11 stayed here and it suited our needs perfectly! The location across from the beach is ideal and the pool was perfect for the little ones to get a break from the beach.

No privacy, NOT for large groups they will threaten police if you actually have a large group

We picked this home due to the fact that it was posted for a large group. We had a rehearsal dinner the night prior to the wedding they threaten to call the police and threaten to have us evicted. If you are considering this home for a wedding party please reconsider. Apparently having elderly people over and having a taco buffet is called a party and that is worth calling the police on someone who paid almost $3000 to stay there. Before this issue the owner randomly dropped by twice proving the rental did not come with any privacy. On a final note the apartment that was poolside was extremely dusty and dirty. I have never had a worst allergy attack ( and I don’t even have allergies) than I did after I turned on the window AC unit. If you look under any beds, cabinets it is completely disgusting under them. They only clean what is visible. I would also like to note that there is rust on the toilet paper holder, on the shower curtain rods and shower curtain hangers. When I go on a vacation I don’t like to think that I might need to also get a tetanus shot.

Family vacation

We rented all 3 units for a family vacation to see our son graduate from ERAU and commission into the US Army. All units were as described in the listing. Upon arrival we found all units Very clean and ready for our stay. We absolutely loved the pool and the privacy of that area! The landscaping provided some great photo ops! Having the beach access directly across the street was fantastic. We had a wonderful vacation and I would definitely recommend this property to other family and friends. The property management company provide us with a nice packet upon check in that gave us tips on local restaurants, food stores etc, and gave us a warning about those pesky no see ums , which I can say from experience are just awful !!

Great spot near everything fun

Great spot for a family retreat, great flexibility with all the options for different sizes of rooms depending on the size of your group. Walk to the beach and short trip to stores and great restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great location!

The property was pretty much as described, not sure we knew the pool was unheated, so we were disappointed about that. The location is ideal for not being on the beach, because it was so close. Made it easy access to the beach for walks and bike rides. Oher than the coffee maker being a mess, the smoke alarm with the battery disengaged, it was fine. It was also close to some great restaurants and not far from the Canaveral National Seashore.

Needs some attention to minor issues

Overall the house worked well. There was definitely not enough wash clothes though. The 3 bedroom only had 1 washcloth for 6 guests. There was also somewhat of a musty odor in the rooms.

Great time at NSB

We were impressed with the place. The units were clean and upgraded. We rented the whole triplex, which worked out well. We had 3 separate families. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. It accommodated our family reunion nicely. Bruce was very accommodating when we needed to call and ask for an approval of an unexpected pet. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Relaxing getaway for a family get together!

Perfect spot for a family reunion, grandparents, parents, uncles, aunts, and grandkids always had something to do. Access to the beach super easy. Pool and hot tub are great. The units met our needs wonderfully. All in all, a great trip and I would recommend to anyone.
