  • * Welcome to Sea Mist! -Loads of space in this beach-side condo. Just a short walk down the ocean boardwalk gets you to the gorgeous 'no-drive' beach of New Smyrna Beach. ****Please note that we only rent for a minimum of 2 months January through March*** Three large bedrooms and an open-concept living area makes this condo a terrific space for your larger group. Master bedroom has has a king bed and ensuite, guest room has a full queen bed and shares an ensuite with the third bedroom which has two twins.
    A play pen and high chair are in the hallway closet for your use.
    Sea Woods complex boasts three swimming pools, tennis courts, work-out room, saunas and walking paths throughout. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation awaits you including, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, etc.

Beach Getaway

This is the perfect place to rest after a long day of waves and pool time. It had everything we needed to cook meals, have a stress free beach day, and enjoy time with my dad who also lives in Sea Woods. The home itself is comfy and homey and although mostly original kitchen and bathrooms, it was just what we needed. Some others knocked their review for that factor but it’s clean, comfortable, and great hosts so perfect my family.

Space was accommodating for our family of five. Location was great with a short walk to the beach. A couple of small upkeep items that needed addressed were shared with the host. Communication was good.

Great location

Really great location, very nice area close to the beach. Very nice selection of beach chairs and boogie boards. Everything you need is there. As others mentioned some things need a few repairs and updating but you are there for the beach, not for the condo. We had a great time

Spacious, great location, responsive host

Loved the condo. Comfortable beds, couches, plenty of room for the 6 people staying there. Host very responsive to questions during stay. Steps away from a huge pool. A 5 minute walk to the beach. Loved it.

We enjoyed our stay at this Sea Woods condo. It meet all our needs. It was clean and very roomy. The location is across from the beach. It is only a short distant to resteraunts & stores. The owners are easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay. ? I would recommend this condo

Should have cleaning Refund......found beds dirty and full of sand. had to wash all of the bedding and comforters. also had to wash all silverware and dishes as had dried food on them. texted Owner says he was not aware of condition...property had large amt of heavy equipment for cable updates....parking a problem

Great Owner - needs some updates

Check In was easy and quick. Owner was friendly and easy to get in touch with. However, the condo is in need of some updates. The screen door was hanging off, when I mentioned it to the owner, he basically said to feel free to screw it on myself. The mattresses in the middle bedroom and two single beds are bare. We felt springs in our back all night. There was food left from previous renters left in the fridge and pantries. Overall things that we could deal with while there, but won’t be renting again.

The perfect spot for a beach trip

Ron and Lisa made renting this property so easy. We even had to change up our stay dates and they made it so easy. I loved the space. Perfect for my family. The washer/dryer were a Godsend. And it was exactly a 1/4 mile from front door to beach. Perfect 🏝🐚 My family had the best time. Thank you Thank you.

Great place!!

Ron was fantastic with quick return communication. The condo is beautiful. Fully functional and ready for fun. Took my 4 yr old and the owners allowed us to play with there beach toys. Amd I knew if we broke we replaced. ( Didn't happen) but a very nice gesture! Overall a fantastic stay! And new Smyrna as a little community is really neat to check out

Lovely Week on the Beach

We visit NSB every year and this trip was one of the best!! The condo was clean and comfy and was perfect for my family and my sisters family to stay in for the week. We loved the path to the beach and spent most days there. Our host was super and was there when we needed him. Would totally stay here again. Thank you for a fantastic week!

Amazing location! Would stay again

Overall, we all had a very positive stay! The beach was a 5 minute walk away. We did have an issue with the A/C unit the first day, but the owner got it fixed ASAP. The location was amazing!!! The place was actually bigger in person than in the pictures. It could use some minor updates but overall a great deal :)

Very nice accommodations! Neighborhood was very tidy, well kept and the people friendly! Beach/ocean within a few minutes of walking and shopping: grocery, restaurants, etc nearby. Highly recommend visiting!

You get what you pay for!!

This property was very disappointing. The unit was very dirty and outdated. The beds (4) were all extremely worn and uncomfortable. Was not a issue of to firm or to soft they were worn out. Talked to owner and he requested to flip the mattress over. The furniture is dirty and stained. Had to buy light bulbs for the lamps and half the outlets do not work. All the appliances are old and outdated. Dust in all air vents and on the ceilings. I recommend that you not rent this unit until it is completely cleaned and updated. The only good thing was the location of the property.

Great location

Condo is in a great location. Short walk to the beach. Made a great base camp for our daily adventures. Great restaurants nearby if you don’t want to cook. Owner made sure we didn’t have any problems checking in and gave great recommendations for local restaurants. He answered questions via text in a reasonable amount of time.

Everything about the property was accurate. Had a great time besides the weather. To any new customers I suggest you take photos when you arrive and after you leave. The cleaning crew tried to get over after me and my family cleaned entire property before we left and left additional cleaning products as a courtesy. They was trying to get paid additional hours. Property Owner i suggest you hire a new cleaning crew. Other then that property owner was good with communication.

We had a great time. Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Would definitely stay again. We loved being able to walk to the beach. The beach was awesome and never crowded.
