Very deserving of 5 star rating

This property is easy to find and we had no trouble accessing our unit using the very clear instructions provided to us. The starter pack that was waiting on the counter (paper towels, laundry/dishwasher pods, etc.) was super helpful. The unit was clean, bright, and had clearly been recently remodeled. The ocean view was exactly as shown in the pictures - this is a big deal, as we've stayed places in the past that make it look like you have a waterfront view, but in reality faces the pool or parking lot. The view from this unit is truly magnificent. The building was in the perfect location for us - close enough to get to grocery and restaurants quickly, but far enough that you felt secluded from commercial areas. The management company was the best! Ashley and others were so prompt and courteous. I'd recommend them to anyone! If there's any downside at all, it's that some of the balconies are close together and don't offer a lot of privacy from your immediate neighboring unit. This wasn't an issue for us, but some may not like it. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend it to anyone!

Really Enjoyed

Condo was very clean and well furnished and nicely appointed. View was awesome. Bedding was very comfortable not saggy like some we have stayed at elsewhere. Pool and beach were great except the heated pool was kept a little cold so not many went in. One downside… the couch was comfortable but saggy make it hard to get up out of. Two recliners were the best. Would definitely stay again.

November Shorehom Stay

Overall the condo was excellent! There were a few minor things that were more of an inconvenience. 1. There was not an easy access to the beach with the pool being closed. We had to do a long walk around the property to get to the beach. 2. The can opener was difficult to use. A higher quality can opener would have been ideal. 3. The pool was closed, and we were not aware of it. The ocean was too rough to swim in. So, if the pool had been open, it would have been ideal. However, with all that said, we loved the place, and would definitely come back!!

Overall our stay was very good except for the bad sewer smell in the guest bathroom ahower on them last 2 days we stayed there. I finally called and reported it but since we were checking out I didn't make the. Come out

Great place to stay. Convenient to restaurants. No drive beach is a real attraction! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay at the beach.

Great location

We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. The location was excellent and the beach was in a quiet area. We like to take walks on the beach and the area was very nice. Great restaurants were close by and easy to get to. Some great places to try are at C’s Waffles in the Dollar Market plaza, Mi Mexico, Colts Pig Stand located in the Publix plaza, Norwood’s Restaurant and Treehouse Bar and Corkscrew Bar and Grill located in the Canal Street Historic District. I would recommend this condo for a great place to stay!

Quick mom getaway

We left the kids and husbands behind for a quick relaxing trip to the beach and it was PERFECT!! The condo was exactly as listed..right on the beach and with a heated pool. This was our first time staying at NSB and we will definitely be back! More shells than I have ever seen! The downtown area was beautiful and so many great places to eat and all within a short 10 min drive to the condo! Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us! It had everything we needed and our stay was perfect!!

Perfect getaway in a beautiful condo

The condo was perfect! It was clean and stocked better than the majority of condos we have stayed in. The pool was heated which made early mornings and late afternoons so much more enjoyable! The beach was beautiful and full of shells. I would absolutely stay in this unit again!

Great Weekend!

We stayed here for the Citrus Bowl. This place was just as the photos depicted. Check in went smoothly. Clean, updated appliances, fantastic view from the 3rd floor. Outside area was clean and well manicured. Renovation of the south tower was not an issue for us. Tv's were fine (65 inch - we used our you tube tv account). Bathrooms were clean and pleasant (important to an old man like me!). The condo sits just where the strip turns from a commercial area to a residential area. The closest convenience store (a 7-11) is a three minute drive. The closest Publix is about a 7-8 minute drive. Turn the icemaker on as soon as you arrive. There is a switch that sits behind the ice bin. Bring you own soap and shampoo. We had plenty of towels. The only issue for me was the water flow from 2nd bathroom shower is not forceful enough. I assume a better shower head without water saver would fix this problem. The ultimate question I ask myself when evaluating my stay is would I return here again? The answer is an unequivocal yes!

Sunshine ☀️ in the morning makes me happy

Great newly updated condo. Very clean and comfy beds. We love this part of no drive beach. Family friendly location. Would book this unit again. Just what our family needed for beach vacation.
