Friendly staff at the front desk and valet. Although I didn’t love having to retrieve my own car the next morning down the block, they were kind enough to keep the car on premises when I was leaving at 3am the next morning. The rooms were very clean and the blackout shades made it easy to get a good nights rest.

The hotel is very good, although our room is a tad small (not complaining, just saying). At this time, the neighborhood has multiple huge condo and office towers going up; they’ll transform a currently depressed area with limited eating options of any sort. Don’t be fooled by all the places listed by Google maps; several were closed down.

The property has no parking. They charge regardless if there’s any spots or not in the parking garage, and there’s a parking charge if you use the valet as well. So you end up paying double for parking when you add the tip you have to give valet. The front desk staff doesn’t explain the deposits, charges the hotel has and there’s no manger on site. The rooms are very small. Overall stay for me was very disappointing. I will never stay in this hotel ever again. 1 and done.

It is a beautiful new hotel. The rooms are small but efficient and the bathrooms are gorgeous. The beds are super comfortable and everything was very clean. It was loud outside due to some construction. That was my only complaint. Highly recommend this property. The town it's in looked very quaint with lots of shops and restaurants.

when I first got there it was very hard to find I was calling and got no answer then I I finally found it after 30 minutes looking I wasn’t greeted at all it was not welcoming and then in the morning room service was knocking at my door 20 minutes before check out when I literally was naked with no clothes on

NO PARKING!!! They have 10 spots for 80 rooms. Breakfast trays were empty with no staff to replenish. Will not stay again

There was no parking. We had to pay $25 to park in a parking lot cause there was no parking in the area. I ask the receptionist if I could ask for late check out and he said yes just call in the morning. When I called in the morning the receptionist she said no cause the cleaning staff had to stick to schedule.

It was noisy, parking in a gravel lot, the breakfast was fair at best, the bread products stale, eggs dry, oatmeal under cooked, no water. The staff was friendly.

The hotel was under construction, but their reservation Dept. accepted my reservation and the hotel is closed!

Fraud
Please do not book a reservation at this hotel. The hotel is not open. We reserved a room for early October via Hotels.com, but when we arrived the facility was closed and no refund was offered. The hotel options in New Rochelle is limited so when we found out last minute the facility was closed, the nearest hotel availability was in Washington Heights. Suboptimal. Do yourself a favor and do not book this location.

We regret any difficulty this has caused. Due to problems in obtaining the city's license, the Holiday Inn Express had to postpone its launch.
