We had a beautiful stay at this lovely lake home. Beautiful views, bright natural lighting, spacious well-equipped kitchen, and many comfortable seating areas inside and out. The location is ideal - private, yet close to grocery etc. . The boys were thrilled to catch fish off the dock/ paddleboard, and we gathered around the campfire roasting marshmallows, grilling, and enjoying the lush green property. The neighbors were similarly kind, offering us anything we might need. I highly recommend a stay here… a wonderful opportunity for present-moment connection with nature and family.

The host was truly a Superhost! He was available at all hours (seemingly) for any questions or issues we had and if there was anything not 100%, he took care of it right away. He made sure we had a welcome gift at our arrival and the home came equipped with everything we needed for a perfect week with family. The house came equipped with board games, fishing rods and bait, life jackets, canoes/kayak, plenty of beach towels, a gas grill, and firewood for the firepit. We had all the tp we needed and a spare roll of paper towels. There were plastic utensils and paper napkins for picnics outside and plenty of outside table space for the entire family. Our 15 year old nephew loved hanging out at the boathouse. The best part of the property is the million dollar sunsets over the lake every night. Stunning! The house is well loved, so things aren’t perhaps in as pristine shape as they could be, but everything is serviceable, clean, and well-equipped for family fun. And the price is very reasonable for summer lakefront accommodations. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property! Beautiful views of the lake. Loved the nice beach area with kayak, canoe and paddle board. We enjoyed the firepit with chairs. The boathouse and outdoor seating was an extra plus! The property is close to other activities and fun lake restaurants. I highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a fun and relaxing lake stay!

The main floor level is as welcoming as it gets. The view of the lake is absolutely stunning. So inviting as you walk in the door. Kitchen appliances are up to date and everything you may need is furnished and well stocked. Very clean main floor accommodations and very comfortable beds. Our stay was very enjoyable and we will consider returning next year.

We had a wonderful time. Anna is snack g hostess. She literally thought of everything to make our stay complete, comfortable and enjoyable. The welcome gifts and fresh flowers were an extra special touch. My husband I will go back again if we just need a few days away.

The home is clean and the owners go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. Close to several attractions around Minneapolis while feeling hours away from a major city. Very calm. Wonderful stay.

We spent a leisurely summer week at this home and it was absolutely wonderful. This was easily the most well-appointed home we've ever rented. Plenty of towels (bath and beach), paper goods, toiletries in the bathrooms, trash bags and dish soap in the kitchen. Just so easy to drop in our personal stuff and enjoy for the week! The outdoor games, fire pit (with all wood provided!) and water toys were great to get outside and enjoy this beautiful setting. We appreciated the puzzles and games inside for the rainy days too! Beds were super comfy with lots of pillows. And our contact Anna was amazing - responsive and helpful, even finding us an extra kayak for the week. We would return in a heartbeat!

Our family of 5 loved our stay at Crow’s Nest. This was the most fully stocked home we have stayed in regards to everyday products, games, puzzles, even binoculars to watch for birds! Helped us slow down a bit and appreciate some time with our boys. Loved paddle boarding, canoeing, and kayaking!

If you want to wake up in the morning to a beautiful/stunning view of the lake, this is a must stay. A wonderful, fully stocked, immaculate, charming cabin for an amazing family getaway! Sandy beach play area and fishing off the dock fun for everyone. The added welcoming gifts, fresh flowers & special touches throughout the house were appreciated. Thank you for all the wonderful memories we created throughout our enjoyable stay.

Wonderful, quiet property with easy access to the lake and panfishing off the dock. Kids loved the beach and the spacious, grassy yard. Fire pit for s'mores, clean grill, huge fridge, washer and dry and boathouse for quiet reading (and occasional work meetings) were all excellent features. Property Manager was VERY attentive and we had no issues during our stay. (the dishwasher needed a repair, but we were not using it anyway) The only slight criticism would be that the photos online are a bit deceptive - but not a big deal at all. Great place for a family - we would definitely consider staying here again!
