Muy muy deplorable, me entregaron una habitación con olor a cigarrillos, no habían cambiado la ropa de cama , sucia , usada , tuve que hacerlo yo , es inaceptable

The worst experience in a Hotel in 7 years in this country, the attention from the arrival horrible but what really made me upset was the dirt in the room, lack of security and cockroaches. Not to mention the bad musty smell in the room. At midnight I had to go out to find another hotel in the city.

En general bien pero la habitación a pesar de que se ve limpia huele a cigarrillo y se supone que es para no fumadores, tiene amplio estacionamiento y muchos lugares cerca para comer

The staff was horrible, and it left an overall poor experience. We arrive 2 hours before check in time and was told our room was ready, but we have to pay an early check in fee of $30 plus tax. Have you ever??? I have travelled all over the world and this was a first. There also was never one pool towel available and forget about the hot tub that was always full of 5-10 young kids splashing around. The were no choice quality people here at all. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to stay.

Hello Catherine.There are many hotels that charge early check in fees, and we are one of them. Please note that pool towels are available at the front desk. I am sorry to see that you did not find any quality people here, we sincerely wish you safe travels.

It was ok for the two nights we were there. Def not worth the almost $200 a night. But apparently a good tournament was in town so what a great time to jack up the prices on a very mediocre motel.

The pool area was nice, the restaurant Trio on site, the food was excellent and so reasonably priced,and the wait staff and cooks were amazing. ,

Run down, rooms dirty, paint peeling if ceiling, bathroom cracks everywhere. Mold in corners, towels stains on them. We didn’t shower we left as waited o we got home. NEVER WOUKD I GO BACK

The stay was a complete surprise. It was very clean, quit the parking was easy. The check-in and out were simple and enjoyable. The breakfast was very simple but plenty of it. We will recommend to our friends to stay. We will definatly stay a gain when visiting family. It was a great find.

We stayed for 4 nights, the safe while checking in was rude and short with us as I called ahead to make sure they knew we would be checking around at 11 pm due to a delay in flight. Our room was dirty sand and dirt all over the floor and shower. We asked for pillows and blankets for the pull out couch. The woman refused as it was past 11pm and didn’t bother to tell us that there were linens in the closet. We were treated poorly asking for new towels as they did not change them out any day we were there waited 45 minutes for towels. I would not stay at this facility again. The lady at the front desk was very rude and not accommodating to our stay.

No aarp discount or senior discount because I booked thru Expedia 182.00 was alot for just one night but it was a long trip down from Indiana and since I am not good at looking things up on this phone...I booked what I could find

Yes, you can inquire Expedia, your booking source about discounts that they offer. It should not reflect on the hotel's review.

Great price and room was clean with comfortable beds. It’s a motel so that’s about all I can say. Nothing great but nothing bad either. Much better than other places in the area. Close to everything you need.
