My wife needed to wash toilet when we Arrived clean dust in room. Sleepless night because of dust conditions. Not enough privacy. Should be a door between landlord kitchen and rented area. Curtain in between does not feel private.

Everything is true
Like you I read the reviews and to be honest was skeptical but my host was kind and not intrusively all. Best of all it was quiet. Sitting outside in Ann’s backyard I heard nothing but birds. A great find and would not hesitate to rebook.

Excellent Stay
My wife and I spent all of February at Anna's place. You can't do better for the money. Anna was very accommodating and offered great advice on anything we asked about. We really enjoyed the view of the wild life in the canal from her back porch. Easy place to stay and tour everything in the area. P.S. We miss Bandit, he was a joy to share the house with.

Great little getaway!
Great location, close to New Port Richey, parks and beaches. Private little bedroom full bathroom with walk-in tiled shower. Shared living space, but bedroom is nice and cosey. Parking is tight and you have to back out into traffic past a big bush that limits visibility. Host was friendly and professional.

Pleasant, Clean, Comfortable, Friendly!
This was a very easy check-in, check-out process. It is a shared space, so the owner is there, which was no problem at all. Anna was easy to talk to, but also didn’t intrude. My area was separate from hers, bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house with the kitchen/dining/living in the middle. Private bathroom. Easy, convenient parking, coming and going was easy with electronic lock. Beautiful view out back with a canal in the back.

Annal’s Pad
Both Anna and her dog made us welcome. We enjoyed sharing her screened in patio watching all kinds of water fowl. We were very comfortable and would definitely return.

COMFORTABLE, ENJOYABLE
Room offers privacy at one end of home, very nice accommodations, beautiful bath, lots of amenities. Host Anna was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay while exoring Tarpon Springs and St. Pete Beach.

Nice stay, Competitive price
My brother and I stayed at Anna's house for a few days while we had to get things in order for my ailing parents. The room was nice with a nice waterside view. House was quiet, even with her awesome dog Bandit. Anna was very hospitable. I would recommend this room to anyone.

Anna's Place
We really appreciated the chance to stay at Anna's place. It was very clean and neat. She was very patient with us when our plane came in late and we arrived even later. We had the opportunity to visit with her little companion, Bandit. He was a joy. Many thanks to her for all her kindnesses while we stayed.

Surprise no A/C and .........
There isn't window covering in the bathroom (you can see in the window while standing outside the house), when exiting the shower, I see a person walk by, as I stood there nude. Upon returning one evening the toilet seat was left up. Private bathroom meant no sharing, this was used by someone. I know things happen, but it was 80 degrees and no A/C. Under construction, understandable, but if we would have known, we could have tried to stay elsewhere. We did not sleep well in the hot and muggy evenings. Coffee pot in the room a plus, no caffeine coffee (only decaffeinate), we woke up and left early to get coffee and start our day. The owner and the dog are very nice and polite. A/C is needed for us and the bathroom is a mystery. Thank you

I am sorry about the a/c. All constuction was supposed to be completed before your arrival. Contractor did not advise me that it would not be cured in time.. As for coffee, the drawer in the condiment stand was filled with regular coffee single cup pods. The bathroom window is mirrored on outside & no one can see in.

The owner was very nice. She gave me a key to the front door so I could come and go at my leisure. The bedroom was comfortably appointed and the bathroom was pristine. I'd definitely stay again.

Comfortable second home
Anna is a wonderful host and her place is like feeling like you are home when traveling. If you didn't bring everything you need, Anna seems to have it and she is willing to share and/or loan you what you need. Anna is very informative and helpful. Bandit, her sidekick is also endearing. Wonderful Host
Anna was so gracious with her home. She knew all the right places for my daughter and I to visit. The beaches were wonderful! The wildlife around the house was so much fun to watch and listen to. Our bed was comfortable, the bathroom was lovely! Our shared space was more than adequate for our time there. My daughter loved playing with Bandit and we hope to be visiting again soon. Warm hospitality and comfortable staying
My two daughters and I stayed for 4 nights and it was perfect. Master Bedroom and bathroom for you to use, also you have access to the kitchen and dining area. My favorite was a beautiful view of the canal with plenty of wildlife to observe. Anna assisted us in many ways, suggesting places to visit and helped with many other things. We truly enjoyed our staying.
