"Location, location, location! This sweet cottage is just steps from downtown Dunedin and the Pinellas Trail. We had everything we needed to make a few meals, rest and relax when we weren’t out and about checking out the local restaurants and shops, or walking through the nearby quant neighborhood and along the beautiful waterfront, just a few blocks away. Our host, Jennifer was wonderful to work with, very welcoming! "

"Quiet cottage in a nice neighborhood! It was the perfect setting for a low key getaway while visiting family who live in the area. Cozy front porch and back deck for reading & relaxing. The cottage was very clean and the appliances are all brand new. Easy access to coastal towns for dining & walks. Host Allison was an excellent communicator & checked in to make sure we were settled in. Keeping the cottage in our list for future visits! "

"Walkable to downtown and a great chicken place called Jardin de Pollo that is super close! Pool area was relaxing and I enjoyed that there was a designated lot to park that was not street parking. "

"I loved this location, so close to everywhere I wanted to go. Also, lots of room for not much money.However, as a 70 year old woman traveling alone, I was apprehensive about the lack of window coverings. I felt like someone was watching me. They weren’t, of course, I will definitely stay here again, if I can get some window coverings!"

"The location was perfect for walking to breweries, shopping and restaurants. Very centrally located in the quaint downtown area. There is a short cut at the end of Highland court through Dunedin Brewing that made walking around very accessible. The balcony porch was the best for relaxing and enjoying the warm Florida temperatures. We also enjoyed the ability to watch the local cable provider, Spectrum, for local news and weather.
