"Hot tub was clean. They have rules to help keep it clean. Comes well equipped. Tv login options down stairs. Tv upstairs did not work, I used my laptop and it worked fine. The shower curtain was disgusting. Serious dust build up in some areas, especially under couch had trash. The bed was in air flight mode because of a broken leg ,the mattress and pillows are like bricks and have a little smell. Easy to reach host.Overall I would rent again"

"Perfect spot for a family vacation! Beds were comfy and rental was very clean and had everything we needed. Note there's no oven, but there is a two-burner hot plate and large toaster so it's easy to prepare meals. The only negative was the road noise at night. Cars zoom past at high speed and the white noise machine didn't cover it up."

"Oak cabin is a beautiful peaceful place to stay. Close to Hocking Hills State park and Lake Hope. The only thing that could be improved is the hot tub. It was not warm enough for me and only one jet worked. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."

"Overall it was a good experience but giving four stars because I won’t be staying here again. The bed was little uncomfortable. Found 2-3 cockroaches around in the cabin. The water was so bad, smelled so bad that we struggled to even take a shower."

"We want to live here! The most serene and pristine setting to relax and connect, the Birch exceeded our expectations. From the decor with state of the art furnishings, the comfiest bed with the most beautiful view, the patio with fireplace and hottub, the nespresso machine and the birds chirping in the morning, Arcadia Hills has it all. The privacy, peace and quiet was exactly what we needed.
We can’t wait to come back!!"
