Beautiful and spacious place.

We loved this place.. the brick walls, beams, windows, balcony and 14 foot ceilings. It was fully stocked with everything we needed.

Fantastic property

We were a group of 8 and each couple said their beds were extremely comfortable for a great night's sleep. They left us some snacks and coffee so we didn't have to make a grocery store run right away. The communication was probably the best I have ever experienced with a rental company. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Amazing place

The building and the condo were amazing. Very close to downtown and Bourbon Street. The condo was very spacious and quiet. I highly recommend if your going to NOLA. A++

12/10 recommend staying here!

The apartments are gorgeous with great interior decorating. I slept better on their mattresses than I do in my own bed. Easy to walk to the French Quarter so we were able to explore everything we wanted. Fantastic communication from the host as well!

Best birthday trip ever!

My wife and I celebrated our 50th birthdays in New Orleans, and we're so glad we chose to stay at The Rex. It's a luxurious condo that's close enough to the action, but not too close. The check-in process was seamless, and our suite was everything we could have asked for and more. We loved the decor and the thoughtful details. If we're ever lucky enough to return to New Orleans, we'll definitely stay at the Rex again. And in the meantime, we'll be recommending it to everyone we know.

The location was perfect. The hospitality was unmatched and the place had everything we needed including soap, toothbrushes, towels, TVs in all the bedrooms. It was honestly better than a hotel. We felt right at home.

Amazing stay all around!

We stayed here for Mardi Gras kick off weekend and it was amazing! We rented adjoining rooms…my husband, 2 girls (ages 11 and 9) and my mom and Dad stayed in one apt, and my friend, husband and 2 boys stayed in the adjoining on. I’m really picky, and the rooms were so nice! Very clean and great decor, I felt fancy on vacation! We were in a great spot and walked pretty much everywhere! Took a quick/cheap Uber across the river to see the West Bank and gators 😊 Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Place and Location

This is the best Vrbo we have ever stayed at! We had an awesome 5 day stay with our adult family of 6. The entire unit looks brand new and is beautifully and comfortably furnished. Each room has king size beds, televisions, large closets and bathrooms. Lots of space to spread out for everyone. Location is perfect for visiting French Quarter, trolley access, WW2 museum with lots of excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. The gym on the ground floor was great. Management was helpful with our checkin time and makes your stay very comfortable with drinks and a few snacks upon your by arrival. Highly recommend you consider this unit for your next New Orleans visit.

Warehouse District Perfection!!

What an amazing property. So many small details make this property a place we not only will return to but we hate to leave it!! Far enough away from the crazy fun of Bourbon Street but close enough to walk to the French Quarter. Beautiful, Comfortable & Spacious

We had a wonderful time at the Refinery! The living areas were spacious and the bedrooms were very comfortable and roomy. We stayed with extended family (ages1-75) and had plenty of room to spread out. The amenities suited all our needs and we were walking distance from essentials (pharmacy & grocery). Great stay!

Wonderful Place to Stay in NOLA

The apartments we stayed in "Cleo" were clean and comfortable. The contact with property manager was A+ very responsive and easy to communicate with. The location of this building is wonderful so many great places to shop, eat, site see all within walking distance. I would love to stay at a unit on the upper floors so there would be more direct sunlight. This one has a "garden level" feeling even though it is on the second floor, the only glimpse of sunlight are from above since it is surrounded by high walls and has upper balconies of other units overhead. All and all we were so happy with the stay. Thanks
