Family Spring Break
We had a lovely time. The house was beautiful and well taken care of. We were able to ride our bikes to the park with our children. A great location for the things we wanted to do while in New Orleans. Highly recommend this home.

Amazing Property
Spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable, well equipped, spotless, light filled. All amenities available. Air conditioner kept us cool and comfortable, pool is great. Better than imagined! Communication excellent and responsive

Uptown dream
This house is so nice! Very spacious, pool was perfect, awesome pool house, access to Audubon park at the end of the street, 2 blocks off magazine st so lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Owner was SO responsive and helpful! Will absolutely stay here again. 13/10 amazing.

Fun family trip
My family and I stayed in this beautiful home to be close to Audubon Zoo, Park, and golf courses. The house was much bigger than I thought it would be and was spacious enough for me to feel like I had an area of my own away from our teenage boys. The kitchen was my favorite part of the house, with everything I needed for the few meals I cooked. I was able to walk to the park and visit several delicious local restaurants. I would definitely return if traveling with family.

Perfect Location!
We have stayed at this amazing property before and were so excited to return again! Everything was perfect. Very close to Audubon Park (less than a block) and a great jumping off point to some of the best restaurants in New Orleans. We can't wait to turn return soon.

Great stay on the outskirts of the city
Great vacation. When we arrived we found the rental was perfect. The place was well kept, clean, and was exactly what was on the listing. The location was next to the park and in a nice area. We utilized the public transportation while there and was only a short walk to the pickup location. We had a couple questions during our stay and the host was very responsive and helpful. Well worth the stay!

Everything was great, except there were two issues. The first issue is that after looking for the street numbers or address of the house, I could not find any. I had to look at the house to the left, and the house to the right, to figure out if I was in the right house because there was no street numbers on the house. The second thing was the TV in the pool room did not work. I did call the owner, and she told me she did not know what was wrong with the TV but she was aware of the fact that it did not work.

Eclectic Property
This home was in the perfect location. We were two blocks from Magazine street and took the bus downtown frequently. The home had beautiful/fun artwork without being stuffy. The pool was great after a long hot morning of touring New Orleans. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming and spacious shotgun steps from Audubon Park
The house was great, and had all of the old New Orleans charm, but with modern conveniences. I spent my first afternoon there walking through the park to Mass at 6:00 p.m., at Holy Name of Jesus on St. Charles. What a feast for the eyes was this church, located on the campus of Loyola University! The pastor was warm and welcoming. The walk back to the house was pleasant because it had cooled down a bit. I walked to the zoo the next morning . Again, half the fun was getting there! In the afternoon I had a mani-pedi on Magazine Street, and then went for dinner at Gris-Gris. That’s the other great thing about this VRBO … Magazine Street and the Warehouse District are just around the corner and down the street. The pool was refreshing after a lot of walking in the steamy French Quarter, where I spent my third day. The courtyard is lush and shaded by big trees. The owner provides a supply of shampoos, body wash, and lotion, with plenty of big thirsty towels. There is a nice coffee blend for your wake-up enjoyment. I loved having a full-sized washer and dryer to do laundry before packing up for home. The neighborhood is very quiet, and there is not much going on, except for the people out jogging or walking their dogs. If peace and tranquillity are what you’re needing, you will find that here! All in all, a lovely place for a getaway, and I would definitely book this one again.

Very flexible property for our family's stay with multiple teenagers. So close to fun places on Magazine and easy access to sites in the French Quarter and Garden District. Enjoyed being so close to the park and having space to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Just what we needed
Great location on a dead end street right next to Audubon Park and Mississippi. Quiet. Great for our group of 6 older adults. We rented a minivan and got everywhere we wanted to go in 15-20 minutes.

The location of this property was great for our activities. We loved being right next to the park for daily walks. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms updated. It was nice to have a pool house for privacy away from the group. The kitchen had a nice flow. I would suggest a few more pots be purchased to allow guests to be able to cook meals. It would also be nice to have storage containers for leftovers.

Enjoyed our stay
The property is very well located in the neighborhood, just a short walk to restaurants and a short drive to grocery stores but still in a quiet, dead end street right next to the park. We were there to visit Loyola University and could not have chosen a better location. The house is well laid out and was clean and comfortable. The check in/check out process was easy and seamless. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Great vacation house in the Big Easy!

A great property and location!
Our family had a great stay at this property! The house was comfy, beautiful and well-maintained. The pool was great. We had one small issue with connectivity to the Wi-Fi network however the property owner worked quickly to get it resolved. We had a great time and we would definitely recommend this property! It is close to multiple grocery stores and it’s a less than 5 minutes from the Audubon zoo.

Wonderful family weekend trip
Had a wonderful stay in a beautiful family friendly neighborhood. The home was perfect for day trips around the region and into the French quarter but still able to get back for naps for our little one. The pool and hot tube were absolutely great! Would recommend to anyone I know coming to New Orleans especially with little ones.

Great Stay Right on the Park
This house was perfect for my wife and I and our two young children under the age of six. We were able to run on the park every morning and enjoy the hot tub in the afternoons. New Orleans is an Amazing Town and this house was the perfect place for us to stay during our visit.

A Gem
My husband and two young kids were looking for a quick New Years getaway in the sunshine during the pandemic. This property was perfect! The neighborhood is precious-- proximity to Audubon Park is excellent. We were able to play outside, ride bikes and enjoy delicious takeout from nearby eateries. The house itself is comfortable and well appointed. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect space for a perfect weekend!
We absolutely loved staying here for our small wedding weekend. We had to postpone our original larger wedding and wanted to do something special and intimate instead. The short walk to Audubon Park was so convenient and the house itself was beautiful and just what we were looking for! The host was wonderful. Oasis Near Audubon Park
Our host was outstanding, always available if needed, and made check in and check out a breeze. The house and pool were more beautiful than the pictures conveyed. This is an absolute gem. There was a notable thorough cleanliness throughout the house, which made us feel safe during our stay. Audubon park is just steps from the front door and was a great added amenity for walks and bike rides. The kitchen is well furnished with everything but the food for cooking meals. Rouses, Whole Foods, and Winn Dixie are all just a stones throw away for grabbing groceries and drinks. We loved staying here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an escape. We look forward to our next opportunity to stay here.

Comfortable living uptown, next to park
My wife and I stayed here while dropping our daughter off for college. The master bedroom and open kitchen/living/dining area were were quite nice. Overall we really liked the comfortable layout and aesthetic. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the neighborhood. Easy walk to Magazine Street and access to Audubon Park right at the end of the block.
