Warm New Orleans-inspired décor runs through the living areas, grounding the home in the character of the neighborhood surrounding it. A TV keeps evenings flexible, and a dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs to briefly step away from the city noise.

Sleeping arrangements
Eleven bedrooms accommodate the full group, fitted with 12 beds and 7 sofa beds across the home. Each room comes with bed linens, room-darkening shades, and hangers - the kind of details that make it easy for everyone to settle in, regardless of when the night ends.

Kitchen & dining
Between morning coffee and late-night cocktail rounds, the full kitchen handles it all. A refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper - keep the group fed and well-supplied. The dining table brings everyone together before heading out, and the coffee maker makes mornings manageable.

Step outside to a shared pool - a welcome reset after a long day in the city. The home includes air conditioning, ceiling fan, heating, iron, hangers, pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, and babysitter recommendations. Safety features include exterior security cameras, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Self check-in is available via smart lock. Paid parking is available off premises in a premium lot behind the building (p409). Access to this second-floor space requires stairs - there is no elevator. A digital guidebook with local food spots and favorites is provided.
