La peor atención que he tenido
Al llegar las habitaciones demoraron casi 2 horas en ser entregadas. La persona de recepción no sabe tratar a los clientes, mucho menos el gerente (ambos son hindúes). Las habitaciones apestan. A pesar de tener en cada puesta la indicación de no fumar estas apestan a humo de cigarrillos, hay humedad por todas partes, la higiene es fatal. NO RECOMIENTO ESTE HOTEL

Disappointing and offensive. The woman at check-in could not have been more pleasant. From there, it was downhill except for the housekeepers' keeping me supplied with clean towels each day during my four-night stay. The phone was dead. There were no hangers. I went back to check-in and was assured that a repairman and housekeeper would soon come by. The handyman appeared promptly. In a half-hour, a new phone had been installed. He assured me housekeeping would be right up with hangers. Another half-hour went by. I phoned the desk. Someone different answered and said, "This is an INN, not a HOTEL. You want hangers? Go buy yourself some at a dollar-store." I have never felt so insulted at a motel/hotel/inn. The next day, owners of a nearby junk store contributed seven hangers, enabling me to hang up the pressed clothes I had for the celebrations I would be attending. One last note: When I opened the Rodeway-logo pen to write down the number for a cab company, the pen had no cartridge whatsoever. Oh, and by my second night, the number had peeled off my door and disappeared.

Nice but a few issues(pretty much most hotels do)
The check in was perfect. The girl at the front desk was quick and responsible with my info. I was impressed with the hot water. As soon as you turned it on, it was HOT!!! no waiting whatsoever. Looked like the hotel was under reconstruction/remodeling. The one that that concerned me was a gate you have to use your card to get access to the complex. But I do like the Safety Measure. Was wondering if I was in a bad part of town but I had no issues. In the morning when I was checking out, my card wouldn't let me back in so I had to go to the front desk to get it re-keyed. Oh and I went out to dinner the night I checked in. No ice machines outside or anywhere to be seen. The new lady(not the one that checked me in) was sort of non-helpful. I called around 8pm and asked her if I could get some ice since it was in the lobby. She told me No because the lobby was closed down at 6pm. I thought, WOW<, she's acting up and won't let someone in the lobby that is staying in the hotel for ice??? I finally talked her into it. When I got to the lobby, I asked where the ice was. She just pointed and said Over there. I looked, didn't see, asked where. She did it again. I finally found the ice machine in the hallway by the restrooms BUT IT WAS DARK...Almost didn't see it...She def HAS NO Work Ethic....Plus the girl that checked me in said her relief was running late. This girl with no work ethic! Other than that, I was fairly happy.

Three different rooms in three days. AC went out in 1st room, The smoke detector kept beeping in the second room and the plumbing was clogged in the third room. No attempt at compensating me for those inconvenience.

Building is currently under severe construction and log are all over path ways. Early morning construction noise coming from outside. Construction Workers talking outside room door. The room portion is not bad. Outside was the worst part to be, ceilings with no wood coverings

Not at all as shown on the site. We decided our safety was more important than the refund, which the owner was not willing to give back even though the conditions of this place were absolutely awful. Luckily, we found better accommodations for our stay.

It was nice to have a Sonic next door. Honestly I was able to get a room in a pinch and that was nice. Within 30 minutes of checking in, there was a loud argument going on in the courtyard between an unruly guest and staff, so that didn't start my stay off well. I'm not a fan of the metal bed frames that popped every time you turned over. Also the bathroom wasn't the cleanest i've ever been in. There was old soap bars from previous guests in the shower. The staff were super nice and helpful though. To be honest I wouldn't book a room there again but it served its purpose.

Place was a bad experience from the get go. Checked in to see football game. Very noisy and many shady folks hanging around in parking lot. Found bedbugs in the morning. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.

Our Stay
Had a problem with opening our door. Maintenance man helped us the first day. It got harder to open the next day. We mentioned it to the Clerk as we were leaving. Room was clean.

The property is being worked on and is an old property. The neighborhood was not the safest and was hard to find because an 18 wheeler was parked in front of the building blocking the view. The area was very dirty and the room smelled.

Slept OK but place needs work
CON's: 1. The shower wasn't hot and barely worked. 2. Breakfast was not provided our second morning and we weren't told ahead of time (was told on Memorial Day Monday that it was not a weekend, so there was no breakfast which ended up costing us several Uber trips, as the first diner we went to was closed for the holiday). 3. The gate to the hotel room area was not locked at any time. 4. Lobby was closed/locked when we got in around 11 pm one night, so we had to walk to the side of the building and use the unlocked gate, feeling a bit unsafe, especially considering the area. 5. The desk lamp in the room had no lightbulb. PRO's: Bed and pillows were pretty comfortable, the AC worked, the desk attendant was pleasant, location was good for attending the sporting event across the street.

i wished my phone battery was charge. That place was falling apart. My three boys missed a flight and that was the fifth hotel/motel that we had contacted. if i knew it was a dump, we would have gladly slept at the airport. (room#1)They gave us a Key but we didn't need it, just push the door open,bullet holes Walls had a few bugs and stains, mold(room#2) The room had bugs and mold, walls had stains and bullet holes, the remote didn't work, tried to call the office and they don't answer. Wasn't worth any amount of money, but they definitely need alot of prayer and to be shut down. on our way out they're was three rooms door that was open. inside we saw the ceiling on the bed and floor and more mold. If my five year old wasn't so tired and heavy, or if we brought his stroller.I would have just wing it and try longer to find another place. We paid $201 for a room that looks like it should have been condemned

Just your average budget hotel, only rate increased by 25% due to Jazz Fest which I did not attend to visit New Orleans, paid 1 night for $105, usually less than $85. Just ok.

Monique, upon your check in I personally showed you different rooms, the only non smoking room was upstairs and you stated you could not climb stairs also you had your choice of rooms that I took you to see. I do apologize that later you weren't happy. Our guest are our #1 priority and your satisfaction is very important

This so called hotel is way Waaaay overpriced. Not worth the stay Stinks in there Had a bad odor Dirty No way I will ever stay at these hotels
