The property is in a great location. The problem is the management company and housekeeping. The picture attached is what we found when we moved the bed to find my husband’s AirPod. There was also hair in the kitchen cabinets by the plates. Checking in was a disaster. My husband completed the check-in and didn’t receive access instructions. Then I completed the check-in and we still didn’t receive check in instructions. I sent a message and was responded to within minutes when asking about parking. When I asked about the access instructions, I was ghosted. I had to call the main phone number after scouring the website only to be told that the check-in wasn’t complete because we hadn’t included all of the visitor names. WE WERE NEVER ASKED THE VISITOR NAMES. Keep in mind we completed the check in twice. When I called, they said they had to manually complete the check-in so that we would receive instructions. We never received any type of communication stating that information was missing. This is after we stayed out on the road for 20 minutes waiting for the instructions.
