The floor was dirty upon arrival and after ten minutes our socks were covered in stuff. My daughter’s bare feet were gross. They did come the next day to clean the unit. The building is loud. You hear everything and my bed shook every time someone slammed their door. Kids ran up and down the hallways starting at 7:30 am up until 3:30 am the next day! My master bedroom was closest to the hallway and I heard every voice, every conversation, the elevator dinging and incessant stomping. There was no one on staff to get help from to ask the people to stop running and playing in the hallways. The pull out couch had no blankets or pillows. There was no extras anywhere to be found. The couch itself had seen things. Lots of things based on the condition of the couch.The front door to the building that should have had a key code lock didn’t. It was easily accessible. Now let’s add the code issue to the units. It was your units number plus a number. Anyone with any prior knowledge about the building could easily break in. Weird but we were given for a five night stay 2 full rolls of tp and two half rolls. Thats it. Now the scary part. About 10 pm a man claiming to be maintence knocked on our door. He had a stick or something. I texted the number I had for the building and received no reply. Nothing. Through the VRBO website they said he was at the next door over which I read days later. He was at our door and they should have answered my text immediately. We were scared.
