Nice stay

Hi We enjoyed the visit in this apartment in New Orleans. Nice and clean apartment with lots of space, and you can walk to the french old town. The pool was not so clean but it was ok. Someone has written that the neighborhood was bad but we didn`t see that

NICE STAY AND NEIGHBORHOOD. Master bathroom shower does stop up. Bed mattress and pillows are not comfortable but overall great space.

Great location!

We rented this house for 3 adults, a 2 year old and 11 month old. Plenty of space for all of us and the open kitchen and living room space is nice. We enjoyed the pool as well. The neighborhood is on the more industrial side but great location, very close to St Charles street and the trolley.

Great place for milestone birthday celebration

This lovely, spacious property was perfect for a multigenerational birthday celebration. The house is well appointed, in a safe area, and close to public transportation. The courtyard is beautiful and the inside of the house has a cute New Orleans theme. Everything you need for a great time in New Orleans and would definitely stay here again!

Great location with plenty of top

The property was beautiful with plenty of room. Close restaurants and street car. We chose to walk to the WWII museum rather than wait for the streetcar one day. It was about 0.6 miles. The kitchen was not all that well stocked. It was ok, just not for cereal or soup people. Only 3 spoons and no bowls. No mixing bowls or spatulas (either pancake flipper OR rubber scraper) Communication with Hosteeva had to be through their website, not VRBO app.

Central location close to many NOLA attractions!

Our stay at this property was great. The house was spacious, with plenty of room for relaxing, cooking, and hanging out. The check in process was very smooth and the house had everything that we needed! Would definitely recommend.

Great Location and Place!

Would highly recommend this if you’re staying with a semi-large group of people. It was very spacious for the 6 of us, and there were plenty of restaurants and amenities within walking distance! It’s about a 25-30 minute walk, and a ~10 minute drive to Bourbon Street, so keep that in mind if you were looking to do more in that area. It was a perfect fit for us though!

Lovely place to call home base

This house served our needs well. Kids had their own bedroom. It was close to the trolley. Many restaurants near by. Roads and sidewalks were a little beat up. There could be a few more cooking amenities. The pool was awesome. The dryer didn’t work great. The house beautiful and clean. AC worked well. Easy parking out front. The bar across the street could be a little loud but didn’t disturb us that much.

Location!

The property is definitely a business rental property but was well maintained and had everything a vacationing family needs. The location in a neighborhood being revitalized is a great place to get to the must see places in NOLA. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family of 6!

Great stay

Property was just like it described. Very clean. Felt safe. Couple of things I would have liked to have- Kleenex (only had toilet paper or paper towel to blow your nose), hair dryer in both bathrooms- 4 females getting ready needs more than 1 hair dryer, additional hooks to hang your towel (had towel bars), cookie sheet/pizza pan in the kitchen, plastic cups for the pool area (didn’t want to take glass out there). Overall wonderful experience thank you!!

Great Family Trip

We were very pleased with this property. The place was very clean, a primary concern of ours with any place we rent. We weren’t completely sure about the location, but it proved quite nice. We didn’t do much walking around the immediate area, but it stayed quiet at night and was extremely convenient for us to get to wherever we wanted to go. My kids loved the courtyard and the pool. It was a very relaxing spot to enjoy a coffee or a drink while the kids cooled down and expended energy. We’d definitely look to return here again.

Spring break

We rented this condo for a spring break trip with family and friends. You’re only a block away from St, Charles so you can grab some food and the street car. The courtyard was nice and it was well lit at night. The pool looked nice but to chilly to get in for March. Would recommend.

Great Location during Mardi Gras season.

The house was beautiful with a courtyard and pool. Great neighborhood that has a lot of activity during the Mardi Gras Season. Rum distillery across the street with a food tent that was set up for the weekend. WE all had a great time!

Very spacious and nice, hard to check in!

The vrbo is beautiful on the inside and there was plenty of room for 6 guests. However, when we got there, it took about 20 minutes for us to get inside because we were not provided with the correct information on how to open the front door. We were also given the code to the pool, but the next day it didn’t work anymore so we couldn’t use it. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Better check in process. Was told we could leave our luggage in the place while it was being cleaned since we are out of town. Never got a call back and never received a pin to do so. No bathrooms. And very hot.

Very spacious place, only downfall was there was only 1 bowl, and the garbage disposal didn't work..

The property was very large, it had high ceilings. Location was nice too.
