This property is a great location just a few steps from Bourbon street. It is well appointed and comfortable for a family of 4 with 2 teens. The music from the clubs and bars can be heard slightly but not enough to keep any of us awake. There is a ton of stuff to do with in walking distance, with street car and bus service nearby. Michell is a great host and had lots of information available regarding the property and things to do and get around.

My stay was absolutely fantastic! The condo was very clean and the location was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better location everything was a quick walk away. The host was very informative and easy to reach if needed. I would suggest that you give this place a try.

Great Property

Great communication as the trip approached made for a super easy check-in. Beautiful little condo with great sound proofing. The balcony faces Bourbon street, only half a block away, and the sound of the music from the bars was only faintly audible.

Great location, property and communication

We loved our stay!! The apartment was so well designed and has great amenities. Well decorated, plenty of seating, loved the exposed brick walls.We loved having a balcony that overlooked Bourbon Street (though not directly on, it overlooks roof tops, we could still people watch a bit and listen to the music!). Apartment has great A/C if you happen to be there during the warmer months too. Loving having the access to a washer and dryer if needed. The property is also in a secured building which made us feel safe. Great location about a block off Bourbon so easy to walk to everything in the Quarter. We didn't have a car so no comments on the parking but you definitely don't need a car if staying here.Great communication once booked, very specific details about access, amenties, and the neighborhood. AS a planner I loved this! Quick responses to questions we had. Bonus that when we had a later flight and no one was checking in after us, we were able to leave our bags whicle we still explored. We'll book again for sure!Also highly recommend Palm and Pine for dinner!!!

Center of the Action

The apartment is within walking distance of a couple neighborhoods. Plenty of sightseeing and shopping. This was our 4th time in New Orleans and our favorite place to stay so far. At the end of the day, it was so nice to go to a quiet, clean place away from the noisy activities of the French Quarter.

Laissez les bons temps rouler

SO MUCH FUN! We had not been back to the area since a mission trip after the hurricane. So happy to see how vibrant the area was. This was the perfect place to stay. Parked in a garage around the corner and we could walk, trolley or Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Communication was great! Would recommend to friends and family.

fantastic location!

this was my billionth visit to new orleans, but my first time staying in the quarter. our host was VERY thorough with written instructions on parking, getting into the building, expectations while staying, and departure. for a one-bedroom apartment, there was ample room to spread out and get comfortable. i loved the separate dressing area with mirror, sitting chair, table, space for hanging clothes. the balcony was an excellent amenity. you could look out onto bourbon street and hear the music nightly. our host was available via phone or text anytime we needed her. in fact, we forgot two suitcases on our way out of town, and she was readily available to remotely let us back into the apartment. there was even a parking garage a street over so we didn't have to find street parking. i'd definitely stay here again.

Spacious apartment, great location!

I appreciated the detailed instructions given by my host, which made getting to the building and into the apartment quite easy. Wonderful amenities - washer/dryer, full kitchen, terrace facing toward Bourbon Street, water cooler - all great! Alas, it was too cold to try the rooftop pool, and I didn't notice the first-floor gym until someone was using it (and had turned the lights on). Safe, quiet building, but a bit of noise from late-night revelers on Bourbon Street does come through, so it helps that I am a sound sleeper. Highly recommended for 1-2 guests!

Great Location & Cozy Place!

The property was everything promised - cozy, located close to Bourbon Street, and next to everything! Yes, the music at night was a little loud, but the bedroom is located where no noise gets in. Love the decor and amenities - it was everything we needed! We would stay again. :)

We very much enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated in New Orleans style. It was a great location and walking distance from the sights in the French Quarter. Michelle gave us thorough instructions and was quick to answer when we had a question.
