Frente a los centros nocturnos
Estos departamentos están en plena zona con música bien ubicados para quienes queremos disfrutar de esto. El personal es atento y muy amable. En general los departamentos están bien solo sería importante que renovarán los sofás camas y algunas sillas pues con tanto uso ya lo requieren.

Hotel is in an ideal location but the rooms itself were not the cleanest. Fans looked like they have not been wiped down in a long time. The floors were dirty and there was a weird smell when we walked into our room. Maintenance came the next morning to clean it after we said something. Overall if you are looking to stay near everything this is a good place but I would not return.

Wacky, funky, loud and perfectly located. In the heart of the Frenchman Street bar & music scene. Bustling and rocking on a Saturday night just across the street from this 1960’s former apartment building (that’s a guess) - not luxurious, not really updated but the perfect place to crash after a night of bar hopping. It’s a very fun spot but is super urban. Buckle up for a great time. Maddy checked us in - breezy, chatty, low stress, ultra helpful hostess and fun. Sort of expensive but worth it because of the location.

Place is pretty dated and the inside of the room was not properly cleaned. 22,00 daily resort fee to me is ridiculous, the place is already overpriced. The location is excellent though, clubs and restaurants were only a walking distance away.

Good location, comfy bed, not super clean
The good: Fantastic location if live music is what you want. Frenchmen Street is the place, and this is right in the middle of the action. The noise from the street wasn't too bad, and the view from the balcony is fun. Also, the bed was really comfortable! The not-good: Despite some obvious efforts at upgrading, this place is still shabby. The floor was so dirty I had to wash my feet after taking a shower before getting my shoes on. My advice: bring slippers. The bathroom sink & cabinet were pulling away from the wall, and the shower was just painted, not tiled, so mold was starting to grow in there. We were very disappointed that the spa was permanently closed "for the season" ... not sure what season or reason. It looked perfectly functional, just not heated. Could have used that soak after all the walking to & from French Quarter. It's a half-mile or more to just about anything other than Frenchmen Street music clubs. Basically, even with the extra living room space & kitchen, this was overpriced for what it is. The staff is friendly and helpful and the office is staffed 24/7.

This place is horrible. The property is very run down. No parking at the hotel they only have a couple spots that are basically in the middle of the street. You have to walk up to a big metal door that looks like a prison door and talk threw a speaker to check in. The homeless people and the area around the hotel was in very bad shape I felt very unsafe there especially with children. The pictures they posted on travel sites are very misleading. I will say that the lady at the front desk was very nice and understanding about how I felt about the property and it’s location. I’m sure they know it’s bad. They didn’t refund any of the money for the 2 days I had already paid for even though I never stayed there a single night because it’s was terrible just being in the lobby and parking lot.I know New Orleans is run down in places but this was the worst hotel I have ever booked threw a travel site. Drove 12 hours to get there and had to get another hotel and lost almost 600 dollars.

Everything was in walking distance from the hotel. The French market was only a 2 minute walk, as was the trolley system. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, lots of live music outside, and the property is gated, so it’s quite safe. Though we didn’t get around to using it, it had a nice sized kitchen with plenty of appliances that would’ve been useful had we stayed longer. We had a wonderful time and will most likely stay there again in the future

Beautiful property. Friendly and helpful staff. Great place to stay. Would definitely recommend. Loved the ambience and the outdoor pool. TVs in the bedrooms were a nice touch--we didnt have to share with the kids.

The front office staff was terrific, super helpful and pleasant. The pool area is nice, and fences and plantings make it private and serene. We stayed in a room with a king bed, basically a full kitchen, and a nice sitting area at one side of the room that housed the kitchen. It was almost like having a one bedroom apartment. I wish the bathroom counter could have been bigger, but just not enough room for it. For the price, I thought it was a pretty good place to stay, a block from one end of Decatur and bars with music close to the hotel. A couple good food places within a block or two and a nice park a block and a half away, if you have young kids.

Happy weekend stay
love to stay at this location when I go to New Orleans, the rooms are great and in a good location. I was put on the top floor and I booked my room months in advance. The staffing was not very friendly this time. They need an attitude and happy class to attend. Ceiling fan did not work. But all in all I recomend this place anytime to anyone.

What I dislike about this place is that it’s very run down the picture online is not what u see when you get there. The room that I placed in had lots of huge roaches big ones. And the toilet wasn’t working. Concierge‘s refuse to give me another room to stayed in. Guys don’t waste ur money to go there looks are very deceiving online to person.

Music on Frenchman St.!!!
We stayed right on Frenchman Street where the music was amazing all night long! The bedrooms were surprisingly quiet with all the music across the street! We all slept well. The building is old and was under repair from water damage from recent storms and just age. But that should come as no surprise with a city this old. The rooms were clean and we had plenty of room for all 5 of us. The full size kitchen was a plus and had a large table we could all sit around. The staff was pleasant and accommodating and warmed up to us nicely. The gentleman at the front desk came out and walked to the bar across the street to get them to move their car so I could pull out of the parking space without me even asking. That was very nice of him. This neighborhood hood is not the best for children after dark, but our kids were in the room by 6pm and my wife and I stood on the balcony listening to the music from across the street and people watched in the evening. The location is a short walk to the French Quarter, French Market, Jazz Museum, the Mississippi River, lots of places to eat or drink, and very close to public transportation and the double decker bus stops!!! I had a great time and I would definitely come back to stay at this place again! Next time I would like to come without the kids so that we could stay out later and walk up and down the street to enjoy the atmosphere more up close!

The property was right in the middle of all the live jazz you could want. Locked front gate made us feel very safe and the rooms were large and had everything we need. Would definitely stay here again!!

A nice apartment style hotel room with full kitchen, access to pool and hot tub. I enjoyed my stay, but please note the hotel is right on Frenchman St surrounded by dozens of bars. We were there during the week and from the room the sound was very light and with earplugs couldn't hear anything, so enjoyed that we were right in the middle of the action, but may not be suitable for everyone.

Great Times
Came for a mother, daughter trip. Wanted to experience New Orleans up-close. This was the perfect place to stay for that! Music right out our doorstep. Within walking distance to everything! Would definitely stay here again! Nice pool and hot tub!

Extended stay in New Orleans
We extended a conference we attended by a few days and wanted to get off Bourbon Street. Frenchman Street was described to me as what Bourbon Street was 30 years ago...great jazz venues without all the craziness of Bourbon St. There's plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The unit we stayed in was a one bedroom suite, and a friend stayed a night with us on the pull out couch, which was adequate. The room was clean and had a nice kitchen.

This hotel was perfect. On Frenchmen, right across the street from restaurants and bar. You can sit on the balcony and listen to live music all day. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. I will definitely be booking there again.
