La ubicacion de hotel esta pesima, practicamente no tiene una buena vista desde la ventana de la habitacion, el area de comedor esta pesima, desordenada y lo que ofrecen de desayuno esta escaso. Para colmo olvide mi cargador de celular y quien lo recogio no lo entrego a la recepcion asi que me hicieron volver al dia siguiente y ya me lo regresaron y la persona que me atendio fue muy despota

Stove missing a knob, the AC holding by pice of wood, the phone missing buttons, we asked our room to be clean and they told us they didn’t have staff, we asked again next day a 9:00 am we came back at 6:30 and we have to asked for the room to be cleaned, I have to wait in the reception. For the money you pay is to much money

Breakfast room was very poor. Never once saw a staff member there. Several times I had to dig in a closet or cupboard to find items such as a fork or plates.

Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was very limited, did not have breakfast at all. Location was a $25 Uber ride to French Quarter. Very sketchy, traveled with husband but would not stay at that hotel alone or with female friends.

Firstly, we've stayed at budget hotels due to a tight budget before, but this hotel was in bad repair, dirty, missing amenities that are listed such as a microwave in the room. The bathroom had a huge hole in the wall from the doorknob and water leak damage in the ceiling and wall. When we informed the front desk staff that the room was missing the microwave they stared at us and offered no assistance like putting one in from an empty room or moving us to another room with microwave. There was no decent seating in the room. Both chairs were in disrepair sinking in the middle. The TV was broken in one corner. We could still watch it, but it had clearly been damaged. The public areas were dirty and unkempt. The stairs were missing non slip treads and were very dirty.Overall it was not a pleasant stay.

This hotel was your average hotel. It was relatively clean in the room while the hallways could’ve used some work and in a good area. However, there were no options for breakfast. It was yogurt, a fruit cup and waffles.

Area was pretty sketchy. Photos looked better than actual property. No elevator. Hallway smelled of beans and smoke. Poor water pressure in shower. Side doors not properly closed after hours for security. No one was at the front desk during check in. Called front desk to get someone’s attention.

I would definitely book again ! This ended up being a perfect location considering we did not use a rental car this time .. basic needs and dining were walkable . We ended up visiting local attractions that were not too far from where we stayed . Only thing I will say if you plan on doing a swamp tour , they are pretty far out and a little difficult to get a ride due to people not wanting to drive back into the city. Otherwise , very decent for what we needed.

I feel I have reasonable expectations with a budget-friendly hotel, but starting from check-in, I was disappointed. Pros - large, spacious rooms, reasonably priced, one staff member (I wish I had asked for his name) was super nice and tried to do all he could to resolve my concerns. The property genuinely has potential if they would clean it up, offer a proper breakfast, and train staff to be more professional. Cons - The hallways are dirty - very dirty. There were large clumps of hair in the hallway right outside of our room. The floor in my room was slippery while wearing tennis shoes, similar to how it feels working in the back of a greasy fast food restaurant. The staff said it is the wax they use. I hope so, but I didn't like it at all. The breakfast had waffles and yogurt. Nothing else. Not even jam for break or peanut butter for some protein. We ended up buying microwavable sandwiches from Walmart. Our bed didn't have a blanket on it, only a sheet, and the paper thin bedspread. We stayed 3 nights so I asked that the bed be made with a blanket - it wasn't done. The staff when I checked in was on a personal call with her friend, and every morning when I needed to talk to a staff, there wasn't anyone to be found. One morning I waited 30 minutes to talk to someone.

We did not feel that it is a safe area, older property with almost no sound proofing. About midnight were awakened by a party and loud noise and then again at 1:20 am by a hard knock on the door saying that a baby was missing and asking if we had seen him. Ice was not available on our floor of the hotel. Overall, not a good decision on our part to book this hotel. The pro would be that the room was clean.

Staff were nice, room was clean, but breakfast was lacking. Only hot item was waffles, wasn’t worth going to it in the morning. The hotel was close to everything, within 10-15 minutes of French Quarter.

The price was reasonable, the room w/kitchenette was pretty nice. The only complaint would be that the dresser drawers were not very clean, misc hairs.

Found roach on dresser when I got back to room and turned on lights. Around 11 o'clock at night for 2 straight nights heard yelling and loud talking and doors opening and closing thru out the night.
