We enjoyed our stay in this condo! Check in was a breeze and the condo was amazing with historic accents! Vonda was a great host and I will definitely stay here again.

Prytania Pearl is a fantastic deal! Perfect location very close to St Chas streetcar and a variety of eating places, of which our favorite was right by the streetcar and served the best beignets we had all week. The flat is very clean with tons of thoughtful details included. With 2 small children, we really appreciated not having to buy any laundry detergent; she also lent us a brand new portable crib.

Beautiful home perfect for the 4th of July

Larger than we expected — plenty of room for our family of five. We cooked dinner every night, and the kitchen was really well stocked. Vonda is an excellent host; the place is clean, cool, and well maintained. Best of all, you’re just a two-minute walk from the St. Charles line. Save yourself a bunch of money on parking and just take the streetcar!

Clean, quiet, safe

We had a delightful stay. All the amenities we needed were provided. There was a nice welcome basket stocked with bottled water. There were ample clean towels and nice toiletries. Vonda is a lovely host.

Perfect stay

We had the best stay! Vonda was flexible, responsive, and proactive. The property was clean, tidy, and Vonda added extra touches so we felt very welcome. The location is close to St. Charles Ave, lots of coffee shops, and restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a smoother, better stay!!

Great Uptown location with local charm!

Beautiful property close to everything! Be sure to take a stroll to Peach’s for a one of a kind vinyl. Lunch at St James is a favorite and of course locally homemade ice cream at Creole Creamery. All within walking distance. Great property!!

50th Birthday Trip

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! I feel the pictures do not do it justice. Location and cleanliness is top notch. Also, the host lives onsite so if you would need anything, she's there. Everything from the booking, to checking in and out was a breeze. I would definitely book this again if/when I come back to NOLA!

Wonderful & Charming Garden District home

My family and I (husband & 3 kids) stayed at this home during our spring break trip to New Orleans. It couldn’t have been a better spot. It was adorable, clean, well stocked, spacious and an amazing location. We walked to many great nearby restaurants and areas and were also a very quick drive to all the other locations we wanted to check out. Vonda, the host, was very responsive and kind. I truly can’t say enough positive things about this rental. I would stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting NO. We miss it already!

Wonderful stay at Prytania Pearl

We had a wonderful stay at Prytania Pearl! Vonda was a proactive and responsive host, and the home was exactly as pictured in the listing. We were two couples and a teenager, and the space was perfect for our group. The location felt safe walking back at night, and it was very convenient to Tulane and the St. Charles streetcar, making it very easy to go to the French Quarter and the WWII museum. The kitchen and bathroom were both very well supplied, with coffee, tea, soap, shampoo, and such. There was some mild street noise in the bedrooms, but we live in an urban area so it did not bother us at all. We were very pleased with our choice to stay here, and would not hesitate to stay here again. We had a wonderful trip!

Lovely home, lovely neighborhood

This property is in a great location. We were pleased with location, as it is near restaurants, shops, grocery, and so many other fun sites. The host was responsive and quick to my questions and was even able to recommend a dry cleaner to me. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great Location and Great Spot

Property was exactly as described with accurate pictures. Great location within 2-3 blocks to cable car and several restaurants within walking distance. Felt like a local walking around which was great. We had family staying at near by hotel but we prefer more space so this was great. Unit had everything we needed including washer/dryer, parking, coffee etc etc. would def recommend!

Loved this property!!

Highly recommend a stay at the Pritanya Palace! The house was so cute and much bigger than we anticipated. It was perfect for our group of 6 with plenty of room to spread out and 2 bathrooms. The location is safe and walkable to the street car and magazine street, as well as other local restaurants. Vonda was a fantastic host going above and beyond for us and very responsive both before and during our trip. Don’t miss out on this gem!

Great stay at the Prytania Pearl

We came to Nola for Mardi Gras and stayed at the "Prytania Pearl" for 4 nites. We had a great time and Vonda was a wonderful host. The house had Mardi Gras decorations, a King Cake and alot of extras. The location was perfect for the Uptown parades, getting to the Quarter and Downtown easily by the streetcar and Uber, and going to Audubon Park. I used to live in this neighborhood and always loved the location. The house was perfect for 5 people spanning 3 generations. Definitely 5 stars.

Great Stay with everything we needed!

Clean home with an easy stay. Worked well for 3 guys. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and we had enough amenities for an 11 day stay. Great, cold AC. Rooms had ceiling fans. 2 bedrooms dealt with nearby bar noise. But thoughtful noise machines helped in each room. WiFi worked great for us too. Thoughtful host checked in to make sure all was great, they live in unit below but never heard a sound or even saw them. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location

We really enjoyed this charming condo. It is located in a safe area and is very close to Magazine Street and the St. Charles line, so catching the trolly into the French Quarter was a breeze. We were able to talk the neighborhood at night and didn’t feel one bit uneasy. Our host was very communicative and recommended some great places to eat for our first night. She even decorated the condo for our birthday (my friend and I share the same birthday). We will stay again and definitely recommend it to anyone.

Incredible Garden District Oasis

This was a 5-Star plus property. Completely renovated, but keeping the Garden District historic charm, its fifteen foot vaulted ceilings throughout the home, fireplaces, ceiling fans and quietness made us equally happy inside as we were outside exploring Audubon Zoo and park, Magazine Street and more. Could not be happier with the property.The hosts were equally spectacular. I had mentioned in passing that we were celebrating my 65th Birthday during our stay and we were greeted with a huge 65 balloon and food basket. They also had a new portable baby crib for my Grand Baby and made themselves available for any of our needs during our stay (though there really weren’t any needs because all was supplied). I don’t normally gush on a review but this truly was a 5-Star experience and we will be back.

Loved Prytania Pearl!

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It’s very easy to walk from here to Magazine St. and St. Charles for restaurants and shopping. It’s easy to walk to the streetcar to get to the French Quarter and elsewhere. It’s convenient to Audubon Park. We are in New Orleans often, and this is now one of our favorite places to stay. We arrived on Christmas Day, and the very kind host even had the place decorated for the holidays!

Great NOLA spot!

We loved our stay at Pyrtania Pearl. Great location. The house was beautiful and immaculate, and the host was super-responsive, even during the holiday. Definitely will look to rent again.

Great Location & Spacious, Cute Condo

The space and location was perfect for our weekend in New Orleans. The condo was beautiful and clean. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. It’s in walking distance of shops and restaurants. The owners are super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this property!
