We stayed here for my husband’s 50th birthday weekend with a group of four other couples, and the home truly set the tone for a great trip.The space was clean, comfortable, and designed in a way that made it easy for us to be together without ever feeling on top of each other. Everyone had room to relax, reset, and still come back together for all the fun.We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool because the weather was cooler than expected, but it’s a beautiful feature and would definitely be a highlight in warmer temps.What we appreciated most was how easy everything felt….from check-in to getting around the city. The location worked perfectly for our plans, and we had no trouble getting Ubers wherever we needed to go.Nicholas was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly, which always makes a difference.Overall, this home was a great fit for a group celebration and helped make a milestone weekend even more special. I’d absolutely book again.

We had a great stay! What really stood out was how responsive and helpful the host was, both before and during our visit. The location was fantastic—perfect for a weekend in the French Quarter and for sightseeing in the CBD and Uptown. It was also very convenient being within walking distance of Whole Foods and a gas station, which made stocking up on groceries easy. The amenities were in good condition overall. We did notice that a couple of basic items were missing, such as salt and paper towels, but this was a minor issue and didn’t take away from an otherwise pleasant stay. We’d definitely recommend this place.

First off our host Nicholas was absolutely amazing! He helped me find local places to eat one being GW Fins and I found a cooking class for all our friends for my husband’s 50th birthday celebration. It was absolutely amazing and he’s a Xmas Eve baby so it’s hard getting a party in but we did it up in New Orleans. It was 4 couples and we still had room for 2 more folks. We did rent a vehicle instead of using uber or public transportation. Close enough to downtown but private and away from the crowds. I didn’t want to leave. The house was decorated for his birthday by the host and we had early check in which was 9am right off the plane. He also made sure my groceries were delivered the night before our trip. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this house and the host. The pool I will forever miss!!!! Great design and there’s 3 houses right there so if you needed more than one house as well it’s perfect! Thank you to our wonderful and amazing host. For sure your home made it memorable.

I stayed here with a bunch of friends after we got back from a cruise. It was the best part of the whole vacation!! The house was immaculate, and there was room for 7 people to each have their own bed. We were so comfortable there, and my friends said over and over how much they loved the house. Air conditioned comfort, and the pool was amaaaazing. It could not have been more perfect. We went on outings in the daytime, and ordered food in at night and hung out in and around the pool, and it was just the perfect, quiet, most private place to be. The neighbors were somewhat visible, and probably also short term renters, but everyone was chill, and we all respected the quiet times. We couldn't have asked for more. And the hosts were VERY responsive, they answered us almost immediately every time, and they were so agreeable and even helped us out with a few special requests. We are so grateful that we got to base our adventures out of such a lovely place to be! I think our driver brought us in by a very not-lovely route, so at first we were wondering where the heck we were staying, but it turned out to be only a block and a half walk to a really cute coffee shop, with DELICIOUS home made biscuits, and only a few more blocks walk away from the Whole Foods. We had our own private little paradise. It would be perfect for families or friends or both.

Great Girls Escape

The location of the house was phenomenal - great Japanese fusion restaurant, bagel place, brewery and Mexican restaurant nearby. Walked to City Park and Cafe du Monde there. Easy Uber to French Quarter and Garden District. House was amazing - clean and spacious. Pool was very fun - very relaxing. We had 5 ladies and all had plenty of room.

NOLA Birthday long weekend

Eight of us decided that we were going to go to New Orleans to celebrate. We stayed a Thursday through Monday there were 8 of us and we had plenty of rooms and space. The people on was a nice added treat. The group unanimously thought the beds were super comfortable- and we have some picky ones in the group. It was a quick u er to the French quarters. You can walk six blocks to the Parkway Tavern to get the best Poboy that you’ve ever eaten. It’s in walking distance to Whole Foods. Beautiful place to stay and relax super clean. Would definitely recommend.

Great Accommodations for group

We stayed for a nice long weekend in NOLA the past few days to celebrate my wife's 50th. The house was plenty big with separate rooms/suites to accommodate our group of 8 adults. Short walk o the Trolley line to bring you down to the FQ. Greenway/path is right there if you choose to walk.. very near a Whole Foods for food/beverages to have around the house. Pool is great and nice way to relax. Owners were very friendly and quick to respond when needed.

Guys Getaway

When I stumbled across this property to plan our outing I couldn’t have ask for anything better! A nice big beautiful home with a pool, that was priced excellent located so close to Bourbon but far away that you’re near all the action. A gas station just a few hundred feet away that was stocked up with all the essentials! The house has amazing layout and the pool came in clutch with that summer heat! I couldn’t ask for anything else and whenever I come down I’ll definitely stay there again!

A Great VRBO for Large Groups

This property was very clean and perfectly suited for our group of 10 people. The pool was great for a New Orleans summer and everyone had plenty of space to feel comfortable. It was also a quick Uber to the French Quarter and sightseeing!

The home is very nice for adult ONLY rental. It is not suitable for young children because there is no outside play area and on a busy street. Home was left in a very poor condition by previous renters and not cleaned very well by the cleaning service, eg. trash in pool, juice bottles and trash under bed in master bedroom, confetti all over living room floor, walls very dirty, decorations still stuck on walls from previous renters and 1/2 open bottle of vodka (supposedly) on cart in kitchen. Sofa cushion appeared to have vomit on it and had to be removed by property manger for cleaning and returned. Numerous chair seat cushions are stained and dirty. The home is advertised as accommodation 9 people, but there were not the cooking utensils to prepare food for that number. No skillets and one small pot. The property manager did supply us with 2 skillets. Lights are still out over kitchen counter after replacing bulbs. EXHIBIT A: Does not mention what to do with bedding and towels upon leaving. No mention of trash pick up date. On a positive note both property managers, Alex and Rochelle were extremely helpful with every question, issue that I had. They need to be commended for their diligence and professional way they handled themselves. An example is that the pocket door was unusable for the office upstairs and they managed to find someone to come and correct the situation while were out. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Fun Stay In NOLA

The property is just as pretty as the pictures. The kitchen has all the plates, cups, pans, and utensils you need. The beds were insanely comfortable - I think I need them for my house now. The hosts were great with communication! Definitely recommend this house!

Perfect Place For Group To Stay Off Bourbon

The property was great. Location is about 10 minutes from the French Quarter so you will need to Uber if that's your main destination. The area seems a little industrial, but once you get inside it is great. Very clean with great amenities. Down the street is an amazing restaurant called Parkview. Close and easy access to Bourbon. Overall highly recommended.

Weekend getaway to NOLA

I can’t say enough great things about this property! The home had everything we could need and more. Not only was the home clean and decorated beautifully but the location to everything was great! We walked to the trolley everyday and it made getting around so convenient! The communication was amazing and done so in a timely manner! The property was very accommodating and kind to help make our check in/stay/check out a breeze! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to any family/friends in the future!
