Buena ubicación
En general un buen lugar para quedarse, aunque la relación costo beneficio me parece excesiva. La ubicación es perfecta para explorar el barrio Frances. El baño del cuarto no tiene extractor, así que tendrás que aguantar malos olores.

La ubicación es la mejor !! Las habitaciones súper cómodas! La atención increíble! Les recomiendo ampliamente este hotel para su estancia. El restaurante Creole está a lado del hotel y es espectacularmente delicioso… fuimos dos veces de lo mucho que nos gustó. Y al otro lado del hotel uno de los mejores lugares para escuchar jazz Majogany… verdaderamente es EL LUGAR para escuchar buen jazz… aunque también fuimos a la calle frenchman con muy buenos lugares para escuchar jazz.

En general el Hotel le falta mantenimiento y ya se le ven los años. El Resort fee cobrado fue de $55 diarios, cuando normalmente son $25. Esto hace parecer una muy buena tarifa pero en realidad No te indican este fee resort hasta que estas en el hotel. La zona es muy buena y se puede ir caminando a los principales atractivos de la ciudad.

It was ok but I didn't like the service of the people at the front desk it took my longer than it should of to check in and the rooms wasn't all that but I did like the service of the luggage handlers and the maids they was very professional but the front desk don't have enough staff and they don't have the best people friendly attitudes

Overall, the property was nice but I did not get the credit I was suppose to get for tourist activities. I called to speak with a representative and told they were another representative would reach back out with in 72 hours. I haven't heard from anybody

Overall great property however, room was dirty. After taking a closer inspection of the room, it was observed that the bathroom was not clean. It had vomit stains on the side, as if the people before me had a little to much fun on bourbon street. Overall would good but would have been better if it was cleaner. 2/5 stars.

Cockroaches in the room, musty air. Charged incidental fee twice. Added on an activity fee that was almost $100 extra dollars. Good location and the bar is nice, but overall not worth the price ($1400 all told for four nights).
