This location is beautiful! It is very relaxing whether you are by the lake, the pool, or just walking around the property. The fishing was a lot of fun and there’s a good variety of fish. Also, there is a reason most reviews comment on how nice Tabby is. She is a very lovely person! The space was very roomy and clean. It was myself, my husband, and our two kids, and we fit very nicely in the space. I think the coffee bar was my favorite! I would very happily stay there again!

Cozy accommodation near Shenandoah National Forest

Great accommodations that are close to Luray and interstate. Cottage was very clean and cozy. Huge keurig selection and some sweet treats. Great location.

A Paradise

Taby's place is a slice of heaven. The accommodations were warm and comfortable with every possible amenity. The property is breathtaking. The location was perfect for Skyline Drive which was our destination.

Perfect getaway

This was the most relaxing trip I have had in a very long time. Tabitha was the best host and the pictures on the app dont do the property justice. Every little thing was perfect and absolutely beautiful. I had an amazing time and I can’t wait to return.

A Gorgeous Place

Tabatha was a wondeful host and greeted us when we arrived. The pond had plenty of fish that were biting morning and night. Swimming in the pool was peaceful and relaxing with lots of birds singing. We even got to see some deer on tne property while we swam. At night we made smores by the fire. I would defstay here again.

Peaceful Getaway

The property was gorgeous and very relaxing. The cottage was clean and well kept with a comfy bed and cute coffee bar. The couch is a bit uncomfortable, but we didn’t spend much time lounging anyways. Great location and close to Skyline Drive and Shenandoah National Park for hiking. We had our dog with us, who loves to play frisbee. There was great open space by the pond for him to roam and be happy off leash. Tabatha was so kind and generous, gave some great suggestions and was very communicative and willing to help in any way. The only thing that caught us off guard was the apartment above the cottage that had a tenant. We wished it was a bit more secluded - the cottage is very close to the main house and we could hear the upstairs tenant. But all in all it was a great getaway space to relax and take some time away from busy work life.

Peaceful girls weekend

Property was nice & quiet. Tabitha was wonderful, she met us when we arrived & answered all our questions about the area. She even had a warm loaf of delicious banana bread waiting for us. Perfect girls weekend getaway to unwind.

It was AWESOME

The host was very communicative an responded within minutes of messaging. Property was just as gorgeous as advertised. The host was also very accomodating. We got hit with a snow storm overnight and she offered to let us stay past check out time for safety. We didnt have to use the extra time, but that slight gesture was indicative of the stay. If youre going to Shenandoah, this is a prefect place to stay.

Cute little cottage by the lake

Great location in the country, with convenience to the interstate. A very relaxed, peaceful place with great views of the stars on a clear night. Landlord is amazing; very kind and friendly. Highly recommended place to stay with so much charm.

They thought of everything!

We loved our stay in this little slice of the Valley! My husband and I only live 30 minutes away, but we needed something a little closer for a wedding I was in located in Stanley. We have little ones at home also so we decided to make it a little getaway as well. This property was perfect! The owners thought of everything! Before bed I was telling my husband, “ohh man! I forgot the noise machine!” I get into bed and look over. There was a sound machine!! I also forgot creamer for coffee on the morning. No fear! They had MY FAVORITE creamer on their coffee bar. They also had the cutest to go coffee cups that made it so convenient to run out the door in the morning. The bed was very comfortable, which is hard to find in a rental and they had an abundance of soft and comfy blankets, which was perfect because the weather was quite chilly. Taby was great with communicating and willing to help in any way. It was a much needed weekend away, even if we couldn’t spend much time on the property. We will definitely be going back for another weekend!

It is very apparent that Taby takes great pride in her cottage. The place was super clean and she provided just about everything you would need. It's quiet and in a great location to Shenandoah National Park.

Great Getaway

Taby was a very welcoming host and made us feel right at home. While I wish we were slightly closer to an area with more of a downtown scene so we could go out at night, this location was very relaxing. The views were beautiful and the cottage had everything we needed!

Quaint Cottage, beautiful area of the country.

Cottage is in a nice rural area but close to local attractions. Perfect for our quick visit to the National Park. Very clean and nicely stocked for our stay.

Nice stay in convenient location

This studio apartment is well designed and appointed. It is close to some immediate attractions such as Shenandoah Caverns and also only 20 minutes or so away from Luray. We wanted a convenient location that also had a pond and this was perfect. We were able to go out during the day and fish in the early morning and evening.

Peaceful Stay for our Honeymoon

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The cottage was gorgeous and very comfortable. Our host was the sweetest and gave us very easy directions as to where to go and great places to eat and see while we’re in the area. Definitely recommend!
