We absolutely loved the Haven! It was so cozy and quiet. He hosts are very sweet and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Welsh mountain retreat

Excellent experience at this location. N great layout , things to do for the kids inside. Very well kept and had everything we needed. Great location close enough to all major things to do.

Very comfortable stay. Clean, well appointed apartment. Lovely hostess and the wheelchair accessibility was a rare treat. Was able to have my Mom who lives in a nursing home nearby and uses a wheelchair come for a visit with my siblings and I.

Anniversary celebration for my wife and I

This property is much better than any motel you will find in the area. The Hosts make you feel very welcomed, and provide you with everything you need. We had a great experience!

Loved It

The Haven was everything I expected and more. The place was warm and inviting and had everything we needed for a weekend stay! The extras, including whoopie pies, pretzels and sparkling juice were a great welcome! We would definitely book this again.

Relaxing time

Beautiful property in a quiet and relaxing location. Had anything to meet any needs you could possibly have. No kids with us but they had a wonderful assortment of kid-friendly toys, etc. Hosts were wonderful! Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was very enjoyable. Owners live on site and were warm and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed. Sitting out at the fire (that they have completely ready to go) was a highlight. I would recommend this as a great stay.

Absolutely Amazing Stay

The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and the amenities provided exceeded our expectations. At the Haven

Beautiful place to stay. Quiet, comfortable, very clean and equipped with more than the essentials. We hope to return next year God willing. I went with a group of 5 ladies from my church and all of us loved it

Great family getaway

Jon and Lil had everything ready for our arrival. My family enjoyed all the extras that were thoughtfully laid out. Whoopie pies, pretzels, games, diffuser, beautiful bathroom, and wonderful outdoor area. I would highly recommend to those looking for a quiet getaway.

The Haven

The Haven is a beautiful place. A very well equipped kitchen and the living room suite was quite comfy. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated. The bathroom towels were artistically stacked in fall colors. We would definitely recommend.

Great Value and Gracious Hosts

This 2-bedroom is very peaceful and set in a picturesque location. Perfect place to digitally detox and unplug from social media, TV, etc. Short drive to Welsh Mountain Resort lifted our spirits. My grandson enjoyed the yard, ping-pong table, and outdoor swing set. Coming from the greater NYC area, this was a welcome retreat!

Peaceful home base for visiting Lancaster County

What a lovely, well-stocked and well featured getaway! The owners are kind and accommodating. The home has everything you need for a feel-at-home stay (no TV, but that only added to the peacefulness). Have your morning coffee outside on the porch listening to the birds, or make the 5 minute drive to Shady Maple Smorgasbord for a big country breakfast. Then explore the beauty of Lancaster County. You'll have a great time, as did we!
