"The tiny home was a lovely spot for my husband, myself and our big dog! It's just off 15-501 so while there isn't a sidewalk right there, you can scoot on down to Poplar for a nice saunter with your pup. The property was beautiful and clean and everything we needed. - a small kitchenette, a lovely shower/bathroom and plenty of room to move around. Admittedly we live in the mountains so it was a bit too wark for us to sit outside but the front area is so cute with a few chairs and a cozy hammock....

"Property managers were amazing, great communication. The unit was cute, and very well kept. Comfy couch and beds, recently renovated bathroom and kitchen. I believe one of the beds was a king instead of a queen. You can hear people in the adjoining unit pretty easily, and I'm assuming the other way around, so that's something to keep in mind. The back yard was great for letting the dogs out, but I wouldn't leave them there unsupervised, it wouldn't take much to dig out of and a small dog could...

"What a hidden gem and a great value! Less than 10 minutes from downtown, especially the Raleigh Convention Center (GalazyCon 2025). Used Lyft/Uber every day to get downtown, and the cost was less than PaidParking, and so convenient. The townhouse was immaculate (a real must for me), with space to be together and have private time. The house was clean, super close to everything, and pet friendly. They even had a kennel in a closet in case we needed it. My kids loved the Tik Tac Toe game on the wall, too.
