The owners have pretty much thought of everything. Lots of little features throughout and all very tasteful. The owners do wait until the last minute to send check in info so don't think they forgot you...

greatly maintained suite. just our style. it is in a basement, so sometimes can get those little critters, as my wife got a spider bite. Other than that, the place and clean and highly recommended.

Wonderful Basement Apartment near downtown New Haven

This apartment was stylish and sparkling clear; we absolutely loved our stay here. The kitchen was one of the better-equipped we've found. It is about a 15 minute drive into the downtown area of New Haven (Wooster St, etc). Being that it is a basement apartment, you are able to hear all the foot traffic from upstairs; light sleepers may want to bring earplugs :)

Don’t think, just book

I have stayed in many AirBnBs in the US and abroad and this was, by far, the best experience I have ever had. Lovingly decorated place, cozy, all the bells and whistles I wish I had at home (fireplace on a remote?! Yes!). We are moving here and this was a great home base for a house hunting trip. We may be back—and we would definitely recommend to any out of town guests. 10/10!

Not your ordinary basement

A very modern, comfortable space for your stay in a quiet neighborhood. But be prepared for the thump, thump, thump of children before six am above your head and until their bed time in the evening.

Wonderful spot

My mother and I took a trip to CT for a mother daughter weekend and were more then pleased with our stay. The space was warm and inviting in every way. There was some basic food supplies in the refrigerator, plenty of items placed around for comfort from blankets to games to inspiration quotes. The place was very clean and the host very pleasant.
