"We always have the best family time at Sullivan Farm and this stay was no exception. With all the rain we enjoyed spike ball in the barn, great selection of board games, and Bennet’s Sugar Shack (delicious!). My son was thrilled to have our first bear sighting at the farm! Of course our walk to the waterfall was spectacular and so good for the soul. Thank you Rob!!!"

"The only hiccup with our stay was the inability to keep the entirety of the location cool with the window A/C units located in the bedrooms. NH was having a heat wave while we were there, and due to the age of the home, there was no active A/C system. While the bedrooms stayed comfortable, the rest of the location was warm during the daytime. Otherwise, our stay was great, the house was beautiful and had plenty of room for our family of 4!"

"The property was charming, my only real issue was the insane amount of flies and lady bugs in the rooms. My daughter who is terrified of bugs was struggling mentally with them. We did not use the family room or the kitchen. I will say that the bed was super comfy. "
