The outdoor area includes a 6-person hot tub, a gazebo, a fire pit and several seats overlooking the East River. Beautifully lit by strung Edison bulbs at night to set a perfect calming atmosphere. Building has EV charging port that is available, at a small cost to guests with EVs.
