The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Room received did not match accommodations booked. Positive -Rooms were clean and spacious.

I only booked here for the pool and no one told me it was down when i booked and still didnt when we checked in. Traveling with kids and that was the only reason we booked was very frustrating

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and keep coming back when we are in the area. It’s one of the best hotels we have stayed at and appreciate the hotel staff and facility.

This hotel is very clean and the service employees are helpful and friendly. We have stayed here multiple times and we have enjoyed every stay. The breakfast is alright however a waffle maker would be nice.

Room was very spacious and the entire place was very clean. Staff was excellent. Only downside was that the lobby bar was closed because of a broken refrigerator and the pool/hot tub was closed due to a malfunction as well.

We had a little snafu on the room I thought I reserved and what I received. We resolved it but at a cost. I would not have booked Garland at the new rate.

My family stayed at this hotel for one night. I specifically booked this hotel (and drove out of the way) for the pool and breakfast. Upon checking in, I was notified that the pool was closed. We left before breakfast began at 6am, but we were permitted to get coffee and prepackaged cereal bowls. I asked the morning clerk about the pool, and he said that it had been closed for YEARS! Don't stay here for the pool. Otherwise, the room and property was clean and well maintained.

This hotel is in trouble. They've been dropped from the Choice Network and cannot honor any online reservations. Furthermore, they will not recognize credit cards and are only accepting cash. I ended up being forced to stay elsewhere and Orbitz is refunding my payment. Beware!

Nice, but barren and need patience
The bed was very soft, but two of the lights didn’t work and many amenities were closed or not functional. Staff was sparse and I had a very hard time checking out

Room was fantastic. Only thing, they were out of regular coffee for the rooms, only decaf. That was due to the supply shortage of 2021😉 I didn’t notice breakfast anywhere and thought it was included. They did have fresh coffee in the dining area. Overall I would definitely stay there again.
