Casas de vacaciones privadas en New Bullards Bar Reservoir

"Fantastic setting, great accommodations, including comfy bed, and kitchenette, able to make my breakfast and lunch perfectly. I could sit on the porch and look at the trees and I even saw deer walking by. It was only a few blocks to the main part of Grass Valley, but felt very rural. When I needed batteries for the remote control for the TV they were delivered quickly. I will definitely come back."

"Overall, this was a great little home base to explore the areas of Grass Valley and Nevada City. It was perfect walking distance to pretty much everything in downtown Grass Valley, including shops and restaurants. The area seemed safe, clean, and the neighbors were friendly with us. We loved how the Treetop Loft included a kitchen, laundry, and beyond. That seems perfect for people that like to be outdoors or if you wanted to cook to save some money. Pros: Great location, fair price,...

"This is a lovely, spacious place within walking distance of the main town. It was clean and well-equipped. The host was very accommodating and friendly. "

"The house was perfect and just as described. The hosts were communicative and helpful. And the property was peaceful and beautiful. We felt like we were staying in a state park. "

"What can I say? This is our go to for our frequent visits. I almost want to keep it secret, but that would be impossible, because it is in great location, super nice interior decoration and comfortable and clean. Please keep it going!! We will be back and back and back!"

"What a wonderful place to stay for our first time visiting Grass Valley! Kyle and Sita were excellent hosts, and the property was beautiful and lively with gardens, cats, and color everywhere. The cottage we stayed in was super comfortable, clean, and cozy and was just what we needed for our weekend getaway. It was a quick easy walk into town but tucked away in a quiet corner which suited us perfectly. Thanks for a lovely time!"

"Home was nicely decorated and comfortable. Very cute and clean. My boys enjoyed the basketball court and pickle ball too. We had a little issue with one of the air conditioner wall units and the host was able to get it fixed right away. Short walk to the lake, but be prepared it is uphill almost the entire way back. I suggest driving first to check it out. Overall very enjoyable. We would definitely stay again."

"The location and beauty of this home made for a very special family vacation. The hot tub and the outdoor enclosed sitting room were especially delightful."

"Beautiful house in great location!"

"We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The property had everything we needed for our large party. The property felt private and had a wonderful back deck where we spent most of our time. The game room and hot tub were great added features. The host was very responsive and stocked the property with everything we may have needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"This home was dirty. We book 2 people for 4 nights. The inside of the microwave was disgusting, the refrigerator had a stinky smell, and the floor was sticky, I wanted to clean out the microwave so I could use it, but there was only one half sheet of paper towel left on the roll and no others to be found. I couldn't find a mug for my tea, till I looked inside the dishwasher but honestly I couldn't tell if the dishes were clean or dirty. Yes we could have gone to the store and bought our own...

"We loved staying here. It was a great house for families with kids. It was peaceful, relaxing, and had all the things we needed to keep kids of different ages entertained. Nicole was a great host!"

"Truly stunning property with breathtaking views and a well appointed interior. The views are inspiring and the host did a great job communicating. Would definitely stay here again"
