Family Vacation

First trip to New Buffalo with Adult children and a new born. Really enjoyed the town. Made several trips to Oniks for Ice Cream. The house is a little unusual but met all our needs. Nice large dinner table. Kitchen was a little hard to figure out but pretty well stocked. Met the owner who was very nice. The beach was very nice. Plenty of good lunch and dinner options. Great vacation.

Nice for large groups who all want their own bedroom

House was very very clean and remarkably well equipped. Would definitely stay angain. Only item that should be addressed is a rug near the dining table. It needs to be better secured to avoid being a trip hazard.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. A good walk to downtown shops and restaurants with sidewalks part of the way. Beds were quite firm and only one tv on property that is not a smart tv. Hot tub and fire pit were nice amenities.

Fantastic get away for five longtime friends

We were impressed with the inside of the home. Large, open, bright rooms. The amount of bedrooms was perfect for our party of five. Everything was available for our needs whether it was cooking, drinking, or entertainment.

Long Weekend Getaway

Overall pleased with the experience. Lacking supplies we thought were provided (Dish Soap, Clothes Soap, Firewood & garbage bags, Dishwasher not working). Towels in main bathroom were soiled and toilet is leaking. Would consider a different property manager if these are their responsibility.

Amazing house!

Cannot recommend this place enough!!! Six of us college friends stayed here for a long weekend. The house was perfect for all of us - there is so much more room (common space) than we expected (pictures are accurate for sure). Great open concept for living dining and cooking. Beds comfy, good closet space to fully unpack. No issues with multiple showers and hair dryers going! We spent a lot of time outdoors on the patio (our favorite) - lots of seating options as well as the fire pit and hot tub! Beautiful yard, fun to watch the black squirrels play and taste the grapes growing in back yard. Neighborhood definitely quiet, yet we felt super safe walking (including night time), and friendly neighbors saying hello. Short walk to town to eat, shop and to the beach. Management Co initially responsive via email but follow up questions required phone calls once you are booked. Once onsite, the owner, Sara, had left a note with her cell #. We had one small request and Sara came over immediately to help, was extremely nice and followed up with us after we checked out. You will not be disappointed and we'd stay there again for sure!

Best ending to worst school year!

As teachers at the end of the most tumultuous school year of all time, we truly enjoyed the rest and relaxation we were able to find in our stay here! The house was pristinely clean and had all of the necessary amenities. It is the perfect distance from the beach, restaurants, and shops in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was a great way to end the day, as well. We highly recommend this property and can't wait to return for another stay!

Nice stay in New Buffalo

This house was perfect for our family. Tons of space (so much bigger then it looks from the front!), and a nice sized yard to play with the kids in. Loved the hot tub as well! Everything was clean and in good working order. Would stay again.

Wonderful Weekend

This property was perfect for the three couples. We loved each getting to have a king-sized bed, loved the hot tub, the walkable to beach and restaurants location. Very clean, bright and comfortable! The only negative is not a negative with the property, but with the property management. I had a question about the hot tub before our stay, and my two messages through VRBO, message to Vacasa through their contact email, and text messages in response to texts from them all went unanswered. I also tried twice to call the Vacasa of Michigan number, and sat on hold for over 15 minutes before giving up. Property is excellent - property management communication needs improvement.
