We recently came across some needed maintenance for our indoor pool which led it to be temporarily closed. Its been under maintenance since 2/10/24 but was definitely open the days prior to this date. We were expecting a quick fix and were also taken by surprise to hear we needed to keep the pool closed longer than we anticipated. Our team always ensures to keep our guest well informed and again apologize we couldn't provide accurate information during your check-in. Once we had better knowledge of the pools re-opening date, we notified and waived cancellations to guest during their check-ins. We hope the next time you are in town you give us the opportunity to provide you the best hospitality. Feel free to call us in advance if you need to verify that all of our amenities are accessible, we are happy to help!
